Description

Claims (20)
- 塗料または流動性コーティングを霧化するための回転ベルカップ組立体において、
流体を出口へと輸送するための内部通路を有するベルカップと、
前記出口の前方に配置されるスプラッシュプレートと、前記スプラッシュプレートが固定されるインサートとを含むスプラッシュプレート組立体とを具備し、
前記インサートが、前記ベルカップの内面にスナップ係合して前記スプラッシュプレート組立体を前記ベルカップ内に固定する返し部を含んで成る回転ベルカップ組立体。 - 前記スプラッシュプレート組立体は、複数のピンによって前記インサートに固定される請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記インサートは、前記ベルカップ内面と係合する少なくとも1つの返し部を有する外周スカート部を含む請求項2に記載の組立体。
- 前記スカート部は、少なくとも1つの軸方向スロットを含み、該スロットは、前記インサートが前記ベルカップ内に係合される際に部分的に閉じて前記スカート部の変形を許容する請求項3に記載の組立体。
- 前記インサートは、少なくとも部分的に前記返し部に包囲され、かつ、前記返し部より更に後方に延在する中央流体通路本体を含む請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記ベルカップの内面には、前記インサートの前記返し部と係合して前記スプラッシュプレート組立体を前記ベルカップ内に固定する肩部が形成されている請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記肩部は、前記ベルカップの前方へ傾斜する傾斜部を含み、前記返し部は、前記傾斜部との係合により圧縮可能であり、前記スプラッシュプレート組立体の前記ベルカップからの取外しを許容する請求項6に記載の組立体。
- 塗料または流動性コーティングを霧化するための回転ベルカップ組立体において、
流体を出口へ輸送するための内部通路を有するベルカップと、
前記出口の前方に配置されるスプラッシュプレートと、前記スプラッシュプレートが固定されるインサートとを含むスプラッシュプレート組立体とを具備し、
前記インサートは、前記ベルカップの内面に係合して前記スプラッシュプレート組立体を前記ベルカップ内に固定するための手段が一体的に形成された単一部材から成る回転ベルカップ組立体。 - 前記一体的に形成されたベルカップ内面に係合する手段は、返し部を設けたスカート部を含む請求項8に記載の組立体。
- 前記返し部を設けたスカート部は、少なくとも1つの軸方向スロットを含み、該スロットは、前記インサートが前記ベルカップ内に係合される際に部分的に閉じて前記スカート部の変形を許容する請求項9に記載の組立体。
- 前記インサートは、少なくとも部分的に前記返し部を設けたスカート部に包囲され、かつ、前記返し部を設けたスカート部より更に後方に延在する中央流体通路本体を含む請求項9に記載の組立体。
- 前記ベルカップの内面には、前記インサートの前記返し部を設けたスカート部と係合して前記スプラッシュプレート組立体を前記ベルカップ内に固定する肩部が形成されている請求項8に記載の組立体。
- 前記肩部は、前記ベルカップの前部に向かって傾斜する傾斜部を含み、前記返し部を設けたスカート部は、前記傾斜部との係合により圧縮可能であり、前記スプラッシュプレート組立体の前記ベルカップからの取外しを許容する請求項12に記載の組立体。
- 前記スプラッシュプレート組立体は、複数のピンによって前記インサートに固定される請求項8に記載の組立体。
- 塗料または流動性コーティングを霧化するための回転ベルカップ組立体に用いられるスプラッシュプレート組立体において、
ベルカップの出口の前方に配置されるスプラッシュプレートと、
前記スプラッシュプレートが固定されるインサートとを具備し、
前記インサートが、前記ベルカップの内面にスナップ係合して前記スプラッシュプレート組立体を前記ベルカップに固定する返し部を含んで成るスプラッシュプレート組立体。 - 前記スプラッシュプレート組立体は、複数のピンによって前記インサートに固定される請求項15に記載の組立体。
- 前記インサートは、前記ベルカップ内面に係合する少なくとも1つの返し部を有する外周スカート部を含む請求項15に記載の組立体。
- 前記スカート部は、少なくとも1つの軸方向スロットを含み、該スロットは、前記インサートが前記ベルカップ内に係合される際に部分的に閉じて、前記スカート部の変形を許容する請求項17に記載の組立体。
- 前記インサートは合成樹脂から成形される単一部材を含む請求項15に記載の組立体。
- 前記インサートは、少なくとも部分的に前記返し部に包囲され、かつ、前記返し部より更に後方に延在する中央流体通路本体を含む請求項15に記載の組立体。
