Description
式1:Ba2-x-zMxSi5-yAlyN8-yOy:Euz+u O2→Ba2-x-z-uMx[]uSi5-yAlyN8-y-2uOy+2u:Euz+u Ba+u N2
本発明の好ましい実施例において、アンバ又は赤色の光が、合成モノリシックセラミック発光変換体の発光化合物を用いて生成され、この場合に、M=Sr、Ca;0≦x≦1、0≦y≦4、0.0005≦z≦0.06である一般式Ba2-x-zMxSi5-yAlyN8-yOy:Euzのアンバ又は赤色放射発光化合物が、M=Sr、Ca;0≦x≦1及び0≦y≦3である一般式Ba1-xMxSi7-yAlyN10-yOyの非発光SiAlON相と組み合わせられる。z<0.06であり、且つ、Mが50%より少ないSr及び/又はCaからなる実施例は、特に好ましい。
Claims (11)
- 発光ダイオードと、少なくとも1つの発光化合物及び少なくとも1つの非発光化合物を有する合成材料を有するモノリシックセラミック発光変換体とを含む照明システムであって、前記発光化合物及び前記非発光化合物は、ケイ素及び窒素を含む共通構成元素を共有し、前記発光化合物の化合物分類及び前記非発光化合物の化合物分類は、ニトリドケイ酸塩、オキソニトリドケイ酸塩、ニトリドアルミノケイ酸塩、及びオキソニトリドアルミノケイ酸塩の群から選択される、照明システム。
- 請求項1に記載の照明システムであって、前記非発光化合物が、アルカリ金属のNa、K及びRb、アルカリ土類金属のBe、Mg、Ca、Sr及びBa、又はSc、Y及びLaの群から選択されるIIIB族金属の群から選択される金属を追加的に含む、照明システム。
- 請求項1に記載の照明システムであって、前記合成材料が、追加的に、焼結添加剤を含む、照明システム。
- 請求項2に記載の照明システムであって、前記非発光化合物が、遷移金属のZr、Hf、Nb、Ta、W、Mo、Cr、Fe、Co、Ni、Zn、Sc、Y、La、典型元素のPb及びBi、並びにf元素のCe、Cr、Nd、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、Yb、Lu、Th、及びUの群から選択される調整剤を追加的に含む、照明システム。
- 請求項4に記載の照明システムであって、前記発光化合物の少なくとも1つの活性剤が、希土類金属のセリウム、プラセオジウム、サマリウム、ユーロピウム、テルビウム、イッテルビウム、及びマンガンから選択されている、照明システム。
- 請求項1に記載の照明システムであって、前記発光化合物が、一般式Ba2-x-zMxSi5-yAlyN8-yOy:Euzのアンバ又は赤色放射ユーロピウム(II)ドープのアルカリ土類オキソニトリドアルミノケイ酸塩化合物であり、ここで、M=Sr、Ca、0≦x≦2、0≦y≦4、0.0005≦z≦0.06であり、前記非発光化合物が、一般式Ba1-xMxSi7-yAlyN10-yOyのアルカリ土類オキソニトリドアルミノケイ酸塩化合物であり、ここで、M=Sr、Ca、Eu、0≦x≦1及び0≦y≦3である、照明システム。
- 請求項1に記載の照明システムであって、前記合成材料が、粒子−粒子合成体である、照明システム。
- 請求項1に記載の照明システムであって、前記合成材料が、粒子−マトリクス合成体である、照明システム。
- 請求項1に記載の照明システムであって、前記合成材料が、積層された多層合成体である、照明システム。
- 請求項1に記載の照明システムであって、前記合成材料の密度が、理論密度の97%以上である、照明システム。
- 少なくとも1つの発光化合物及び少なくとも1つの非発光化合物を有する合成材料を有するモノリシックセラミック発光変換体であって、前記発光化合物及び前記非発光化合物は、ケイ素及び窒素を含む共通構成元素を共有し、前記発光化合物の化合物分類及び前記非発光化合物の化合物分類は、ニトリドケイ酸塩、オキソニトリドケイ酸塩、ニトリドアルミノケイ酸塩、及びオキソニトリドアルミノケイ酸塩の群から選択される、モノリシックセラミック発光変換体。
