揮発性腐食防止剤(VCI)によりこれらの続く工程を多かれ少なかれある程度まで遅らせ、一時的な腐食防止を達成するための1つの可能性は、アミンを用いることである。

ヒドロキシルイオンOH-は、このプロセスにおいて生じるため、この媒体のPH値が既に高ければ高いほど、水性媒体中での還元は激しくは進行しない。
(1)少なくとも1種のC6−C10の脂肪族モノカルボン酸、および
(2)少なくとも1種のC6−C10の脂肪族ジカルボン酸
を含む。
本発明による以下の物質配合物VCI(I)を、無水材料から調製した。
15.0重量% 2,4−ヘキサジエン酸
15.0重量% ヘキサン二酸(アジピン酸)
10.0重量% 2−アミノベンズアミド
5.0重量% 5,6−ジメチルベンゾイミダゾール
35.0重量% 不活性充填剤(シリカゲル)
どの場合にも、この混合物の5gを、25mlのガラスビーカーの底に渡って広く撒布し、後者をガラスジャー(容量1l)中に入れた。10mlの脱イオン水を含む第2のガラスビーカーを第1のガラスビーカーの隣に置いた。続いて試験ボディフレームを導入し、いずれの場合もこの上に4つの精製した試験体を、水平位置に対して45°の角度に置いた。それぞれのバッチにおいて、上記した試験体は、材料低合金鋼100Cr6、鋳鉄GGG25、AlMg1SiCu、およびCu−SFから作製され、変色皮膜および沈殿物はなかった。
54.0重量% 安息香酸モノエタノールアミン
23.0重量% 1H−ベンゾトリアゾール
23.0重量% 充填剤(シリカゲル)
から成っていた。
本発明による物質混合物VCI(1)と共に用いられた試験体は、全4つの平行バッチにおいて、42サイクル後でも変化しない外観を有していた。
本発明による以下の物質配合物を、無水物質:
25.0重量% オクタン酸
15.0重量% 2,4−ヘキサジエン酸
15.0重量% ヘキサン二酸(アジピン酸)
5.0重量% メチルパラベン
15.0重量% ニコチンアミド
2.5重量% 5,6−ジメチルベンゾイミダゾール
21.5重量% 水酸化カリウム
1.0重量% Natrosol(登録商標)250 GR(ヒドロキシエチルセルロース,分散剤,増粘剤)
から調製し、および25%の分散体を、脱イオン水を加えることによりこれらから調製した。
本発明による物質混合物に基づいて作製したVCI紙VCI(2)と共に用いられた種々の試験体は、全ての3つの平行バッチにおいて42サイクル後も変化しない外観を有した。
12.7重量% オクタン酸
8.6重量% ノナン酸
11.2重量% デカン二酸
11.2重量% 4−アミノベンズアミド
6.8重量% メチルパラベン
14.1重量% オクタン酸ナトリウム
14.3重量% ケイ酸
6.3重量% ケイ酸塩(粘着防止剤)
8.1重量% 炭酸カルシウム
6.7重量% IRGANOX(登録商標)B 215(安定剤)
この混合物の26.5重量%を、73.5重量%のEBA(エチレン/アクリル酸ブチルコポリマー)と混合し、VCIマスターバッチを作製するために処理した。この目的のために、同方向回転二軸押出機を備えた、研究室用押出機Rheocord90(HAAKE)を用いた。65〜80rpmのスクリュー回転数で、この混合物を、110〜135℃のシリンダ温度および135℃のノズル温度で押出し、冷却チョッパにより粒状にした。この粒状化したVCIマスターバッチを、さらに、VCIフィルムを形成するためにインフレーション(blow film)押出により処理し、この目的のために、単軸押出機およびリングノズルを備えた、研究室用押出機Rheocord90(HAAKE)を用いた。VCIマスターバッチの2.5重量%を、インフレーション製造に適した97.5重量%のLDPEと十分に混合した後、処理を、165〜190℃のシリンダ温度および195℃のノズル温度で続けた。スクリュー回転数は100rpmであった。100μmの平均層厚さを有するVCIフィルムを製造した(VCI(3))。
9.4重量% ノナン酸
10.6重量% デカン二酸
11.2重量% メチルパラベン
9.4重量% 2−アミノベンズアミド
5.0重量% 5,6−ジメチルベンゾイミダゾール
25.4重量% ケイ酸
25.2重量% ケイ酸塩(粘着防止剤)
3.8重量% IRGANOX(登録商標)B 215(安定剤)
この混合物の26.5重量%を、73.5重量%のEBA(エチレン/ブチルアクリラートコポリマー)と混合し、再び、例3に記載したように、VCIマスターバッチを作製するために処理した。
による物質配合物VCI(4)中のVCI成分と全体でほぼ同じ量で含み、同様に100μmの層厚さを有した。対照系(R4’)として、同様のパッケージをVCIを含まないLDPEフィルム,100μmから作製し、ここでも、100μmフィルムのバリア効果に起因する腐食保護効果減損の割合を別個に検知した。
以下に、本願発明の実施態様を付記する。
[1](1)少なくとも1種のC 6 −C 10 の脂肪族モノカルボン酸、(2)少なくとも1種のC 6 −C 10 脂肪族ジカルボン酸、(3)第一級芳香族アミド、および(4)ヒドロキシ安息香酸の脂肪族エステルを含む、蒸発または昇華することができる腐食防止物質配合物。
[2]さらに、(5)ベンゾイミダゾールを含む[1]に記載の腐食防止物質配合物。
[3]前記ベンゾイミダゾールが、ベンゼン環において置換されているベンゾイミダゾールである[2]に記載の腐食防止物質配合物。
[4]前記ヒドロキシ安息香酸が、4−ヒドロキシ安息香酸である[1]〜[3]のいずれかに記載の腐食防止物質配合物。
[5]1〜60%の成分(1)、1〜40%の成分(2)、0.5〜20%の成分(3)、0.5〜20%の成分(4)、および0.5〜20%の成分(5)を含む[2]〜[4]のいずれかに記載の腐食防止物質配合物。
[6]全ての前記成分は、80℃までの温度範囲、≦98%の相対湿度(RH)において、蒸発または昇華することができる[1]〜[5]のいずれかに記載の腐食防止物質配合物。
[7]前記C 6 −C 10 脂肪族モノカルボン酸は、ヘキサン酸(カプロン酸)、2,4−ヘキサジエン酸(ソルビン酸)、ヘプタン酸(エナント酸)、オクタン酸(カプリル酸)、2−エチルヘキサン酸、ノナン酸(ペラルゴン酸)、イソノナン酸、デカン酸(カプリン酸)、またはこれらの組合せから選択される[1]〜[6]のいずれかに記載の腐食防止物質配合物。
[8]前記脂肪族ジカルボン酸は、ヘキサン二酸(アジピン酸)、ヘプタン二酸(ピメリン酸)、ノナン二酸(アゼライン酸)、デカン二酸(セバシン酸)、またはこれらの組合せから選択される[1]〜[7]のいずれかに記載の腐食防止物質配合物。
[9]前記4−ヒドロキシ安息香酸の脂肪族エステルは、4−ヒドロキシ安息香酸メチル(メチルパラベン)、4−ヒドロキシ安息香酸エチル(エチルパラベン)、またはこれらの組合せから選択される[1]〜[8]のいずれかに記載の腐食防止物質配合物。
[10]前記芳香族アミドは、ベンズアミド、2−アミノベンズアミド、4−アミノベンズアミド、ベンゼンアミノアミド(N−ベンジルウレア)、ピリジン−3−カルボキサミド(ニコチンアミド)、またはこれらの組合せから選択される[1]〜[9]のいずれかに記載の腐食防止物質配合物。
[11]前記ベンゾイミダゾールは、5,6−ジメチルベンゾイミダゾール、またはベンゼン環において置換されている他のベンゾイミダゾールとのその組合せから選択される[2]〜[10]のいずれかに記載の腐食防止物質配合物。
[12]さらに、気相腐食防止剤として効果的な他の物質を個別に、または混合物として含む[1]〜[11]のいずれかに記載の腐食防止物質配合物。
[13](1)1種以上のC 6 −C 10 脂肪族カルボン酸、(2)1種以上のC 6 −C 10 脂肪族ジカルボン酸、(3)1種以上の第一級芳香族アミド、(4)ヒドロキシ安息香酸の脂肪族エステル、および任意に(5)ベンゾイミダゾールを共に混合する、蒸発または昇華することができる腐食防止物質配合物を製造するための方法。
[14]1〜60%の成分(1)、1〜40%の成分(2)、0.5〜20%の成分(3)、0.5〜20%の成分(4)、および0.5〜20%の成分(5)を混合する[13]に記載の方法。
[15]金属材料のパッキング、貯蔵または輸送において、微細粉末状混合物の形態にある気相腐食保護防止剤(VPCI,VCI)としての、[1]〜[12]のいずれかに記載の腐食防止物質配合物の使用。
[16]コーティング物質中に取り込むための、[1]〜[12]のいずれかに記載の物質配合物の使用。
[17]ポリマー材料、例えばポリオレフィンまたはポリエステルとの混合物の形態にある、[1]〜[12]のいずれかに記載の腐食防止物質配合物の使用。
[18]一般の実用金属、例えば鉄、クロム、ニッケル、スズ、亜鉛、アルミニウム、銅、マグネシウム、およびこれらの合金の腐食保護のための、[1]〜[12]のいずれかに記載の腐食防止物質配合物の使用。
Claims (18)
- (1)少なくとも1種のC6−C10の脂肪族モノカルボン酸、
(2)少なくとも1種のC6−C10脂肪族ジカルボン酸、
(3)第一級芳香族アミド、および
(4)ヒドロキシ安息香酸の脂肪族エステル
を含み、1〜60重量%の成分(1)、1〜40重量%の成分(2)、0.5〜20重量%の成分(3)、および0.5〜20重量%の成分(4)を含む、金属またはこれらの合金のための気相腐食防止剤として使用される腐食防止物質配合物。 - さらに、(5)ベンゾイミダゾールを含む請求項1に記載の腐食防止物質配合物。
- 前記ベンゾイミダゾールが、ベンゼン環において置換されているベンゾイミダゾールである請求項2に記載の腐食防止物質配合物。
- 前記ヒドロキシ安息香酸が、4−ヒドロキシ安息香酸である請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の腐食防止物質配合物。
- 全ての前記成分は、80℃までの温度範囲、≦98%の相対湿度(RH)において、蒸発または昇華することができる請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の腐食防止物質配合物。
- 前記C6−C10脂肪族モノカルボン酸は、ヘキサン酸(カプロン酸)、2,4−ヘキサジエン酸(ソルビン酸)、ヘプタン酸(エナント酸)、オクタン酸(カプリル酸)、2−エチルヘキサン酸、ノナン酸(ペラルゴン酸)、イソノナン酸、デカン酸(カプリン酸)、またはこれらの組合せから選択される請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の腐食防止物質配合物。
- 前記脂肪族ジカルボン酸は、ヘキサン二酸(アジピン酸)、ヘプタン二酸(ピメリン酸)、ノナン二酸(アゼライン酸)、デカン二酸(セバシン酸)、またはこれらの組合せから選択される請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の腐食防止物質配合物。
- 前記4−ヒドロキシ安息香酸の脂肪族エステルは、4−ヒドロキシ安息香酸メチル(メチルパラベン)、4−ヒドロキシ安息香酸エチル(エチルパラベン)、またはこれらの組合せから選択される請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の腐食防止物質配合物。
- 前記芳香族アミドは、ベンズアミド、2−アミノベンズアミド、4−アミノベンズアミド、ベンゼンアミノアミド(N−ベンジルウレア)、ピリジン−3−カルボキサミド(ニコチンアミド)、またはこれらの組合せから選択される請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の腐食防止物質配合物。
- 前記ベンゾイミダゾールは、5,6−ジメチルベンゾイミダゾール、または5,6−ジメチルベンゾイミダゾールとベンゼン環において置換されている他のベンゾイミダゾールとの組合せから選択される請求項2〜9のいずれか一項に記載の腐食防止物質配合物。
- さらに、気相腐食防止剤として使用される他の物質を個別に、または混合物として含む請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の腐食防止物質配合物。
- (1)1種以上のC6−C10脂肪族カルボン酸、(2)1種以上のC6−C10脂肪族ジカルボン酸、(3)1種以上の第一級芳香族アミド、(4)ヒドロキシ安息香酸の脂肪族エステル、および任意に(5)ベンゾイミダゾールを共に混合し、1〜60重量%の成分(1)、1〜40重量%の成分(2)、0.5〜20重量%の成分(3)、0.5〜20重量%の成分(4)、および0.5〜20重量%の成分(5)を混合する、金属またはこれらの合金のための気相腐食防止剤として使用される腐食防止物質配合物を製造するための方法。
- 金属材料のパッキング、貯蔵または輸送において、微細粉末状混合物の形態にある気相腐食防止剤(VPCI)としての、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の腐食防止物質配合物の使用。
- コーティング物質中に取り込むための、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の物質配合物の使用。
- ポリマー材料との混合物の形態にある、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の腐食防止物質配合物の使用。
- 前記ポリマー材料はポリオレフィンまたはポリエステルである請求項15に記載の使用。
- 金属または合金の腐食保護のための、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の腐食防止物質配合物の使用。
- 前記金属または合金は、鉄、クロム、ニッケル、スズ、亜鉛、アルミニウム、銅、マグネシウムおよびこれらの合金から選択される請求項17に記載の使用。
