内因性遊離グリセロール除去中性脂肪測定用試薬として、下記組成を有する第1試薬及び第2試薬を調製した。(比較例1)

カタラーゼ(ウシ肝臓由来) 300000 U/L
N-(2-ヒドロキシスルホプロピル)-3,5- 0.3 mmol/L
ジメトキシアニリン
アデノシン5'-三りん酸 1.6mmol/L
塩化マグネシウム 7.5mmol/L
ポリエチレングリコールモノ−p−イソオクチル 0.3%
フェニルエーテル
リポプロテインリパーゼ 3000 U/L
ペルオキシダーゼ 3000 U/L
4−アミノアンチピリン 4.2 mmol/L
アジ化ナトリウム 0.1%
塩化マグネシウム 7.5 mmol/L
ポリエチレングリコールモノ−p−イソオクチル 0.3%

Claims (5)
- 測定対象成分以外の成分に由来する過酸化水素をカタラーゼで分解し、次いで、測定対象成分に由来する過酸化水素を定量することにより前記測定対象成分を定量するに際し、前記カタラーゼとして75kDa以上のサブユニットを持つ微生物由来のカタラーゼを用い、測定対象成分に由来する過酸化水素の定量は、アジ化物の添加により前記カタラーゼによる過酸化水素分解反応を停止した後に行うことを特徴とする、アジ化物によるカタラーゼの阻害に起因する測定誤差の低減方法。
- 前記カタラーゼがヘムdを持つカタラーゼである請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記微生物が、ポドスポラ(Podospora)属、ニューロスポラ(Neurospora)属、クラドスポリウム(Cladosporium)属、エメリセラ(Emericella)属、プレウロタス(Pleurotus)属、デイノコッカス(Deinococcus)属、エシェリキア(Escherichia)属、サルモネラ(Salmonella)属、シュードモナス(Pseudomonas)属、バチルス(Bacillus)属、マイコバクテリウム(Mycobacterium)属、ボトリオチニア(Botryotinia)属、クラビセプス(Claviceps)属、アスペルギルス(Aspergillus)属、アジェロミセス(Ajellomyces)属、アグロバクテリウム(Agrobacterium)属、シノリゾビウム(Sinorhizobium)属、メソリゾビウム(Mesorhizobium)属、ノゼマ(Nosema)属及びキサントモナス(Xanthomonas)属の微生物からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種の微生物である請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 前記微生物がアスペルギルス属菌である請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記測定対象成分が、中性脂肪、HDLコレステロール、LDLコレステロール又はクレアチニンである請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の測定方法。
