アデノシン5'-三りん酸 1.6mmol/L
塩化マグネシウム 7.5mmol/L
ポリエチレングリコールモノ−p−イソオクチル 0.3%
フェニルエーテル
リポプロテインリパーゼ 3000 U/L
ペルオキシダーゼ 3000 U/L
4−アミノアンチピリン 4.2 mmol/L
アジ化ナトリウム 0.1%
塩化マグネシウム 7.5 mmol/L

Claims (4)
- アジ化物を含む測定試料中の測定対象成分以外の成分に由来する過酸化水素をカタラーゼで分解し、次いで、測定対象成分に由来する過酸化水素を定量することにより前記測定対象成分を定量するに際し、前記カタラーゼとして75kDa以上のサブユニットを持つアスペルギルス属菌由来のカタラーゼを用いることを特徴とする、アジ化物によるカタラーゼの阻害に起因する測定誤差の低減方法、ただし、測定対象成分に由来する過酸化水素の定量は、アジ化物の添加により前記カタラーゼによる過酸化水素分解反応を停止した後に行う場合を除く。
- アジ化物を含む測定試薬を用いて測定試料中の測定対象成分以外の成分に由来する過酸化水素をカタラーゼで分解し、次いで、測定対象成分に由来する過酸化水素を定量することにより前記測定対象成分を定量するに際し、前記カタラーゼとして75kDa以上のサブユニットを持つアスペルギルス属菌由来のカタラーゼを用いることを特徴とする、アジ化物によるカタラーゼの阻害に起因する測定誤差の低減方法、ただし、測定対象成分に由来する過酸化水素の定量は、アジ化物の添加により前記カタラーゼによる過酸化水素分解反応を停止した後に行う場合を除く。
- 前記カタラーゼがヘムdを持つカタラーゼである請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 前記測定対象成分が、中性脂肪、HDLコレステロール、LDLコレステロール又はクレアチニンである請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の測定方法。
