フェニルエーテル
リポプロテインリパーゼ 3000 U/L
ペルオキシダーゼ 3000 U/L
4−アミノアンチピリン 4.2 mmol/L
アジ化ナトリウム 0.1%
塩化マグネシウム 7.5 mmol/L
ポリエチレングリコールモノ−p−イソオクチル 0.3%

Claims (2)
- 測定対象成分以外の成分に由来する過酸化水素をカタラーゼで分解し、次いで、測定対象成分に由来する過酸化水素を定量することにより前記測定対象成分を定量するに際し、前記カタラーゼとしてコリネバクテリウム属細菌由来のカタラーゼを用いることを特徴とする、アジ化物によるカタラーゼの阻害に起因する測定誤差の低減方法。
- 前記測定対象成分が、中性脂肪、HDLコレステロール、LDLコレステロール又はクレアチニンである請求項1記載の測定方法。
