Claims (6)
- 車室内を乗車前に空調するプレ空調機能を備えた空調装置及び走行用の電力を蓄電する蓄電池を備えた自動車と通信を行う通信手段と、
前記通信手段による通信に基づいて、前記蓄電池の充電量を求めて前記蓄電池を充電するための電力を建物から前記自動車に供給して前記蓄電池を充電する充電手段と、
建物の開口部の施錠または施錠準備を検知する検知手段と、
前記通信手段による前記通信を利用して、前記検知手段の検知結果に基づいて、施錠または施錠準備が検知された場合に、前記プレ空調機能の動作を開始するように前記空調装置を制御する制御手段と、
を備えたプレ空調システム。 - 建物に設けられ、前記プレ空調機能の作動開始スケジュールの設定が可能とされて、前記プレ空調機能の作動開始のトリガを前記作動開始スケジュールまたは前記検知手段の検知結果に選択設定するための設定手段を更に備え、前記制御手段が、前記設定手段によって設定された前記トリガに基づいて、前記プレ空調機能の動作を開始するように前記空調装置を更に制御する請求項1に記載のプレ空調システム。
- 前記制御手段が、前記空調装置を制御する際に、前記自動車または建物に設けられて外気温を検出する温度検出手段によって検出された外気温が第1の所定温度より高いときは冷房として機能し、第2の所定温度より低いときは暖房として機能するように更に制御する請求項1又は請求項2に記載のプレ空調システム。
- 建物内のキッチン機器への通電を検出する通電検出手段を更に備え、
前記通電検出手段の検出結果に基づいて、通電が検出された場合に、前記プレ空調機能の動作を開始するように前記空調装置を更に制御する請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のプレ空調システム。 - 建物の住人の外出準備を検出する外出準備検出手段を更に備え、
前記外出準備検出手段の検出結果に基づいて、前記外出準備が検出された場合に、前記プレ空調機能の動作を開始するように前記空調装置を更に制御する請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のプレ空調システム。 - 前記制御手段は、前記蓄電池の蓄電量が所定値以上に達しない場合に、前記プレ空調機能の動作開始を禁止する請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載のプレ空調システム。
