Description
複合安全ガラス用フィルムは、通常、押出法によって製造される。押出の際に、プラスチック又は他の粘性材料を連続方式でノズルを介して圧縮する。このために、プラスチック(押出物)を最初に押出機(スクリュープレス機とも称される)により、熱及び内部摩擦の手段により溶融し、かつ均質化する。さらに押出機において、ノズルを貫流させるために必要な圧力を生じさせる。ノズルからの搬出後に、溶融液状プラスチックを、ローラーを介してか又は水浴中で冷却し、かつ最終的な形状に硬化させる。その中で、同時の連続的な搬出によって、フィルム形状が達成される。
このようなフィルムのためのベースとしては、ほぼ排他的にポリビニルアセタール、特にポリビニルブチラール(PVB)を、1種又はそれ以上の可塑剤との組合せで使用する。この製造は、特に、溶融破壊条件下での押出方法によって実施され、表面の凹凸を適切に調節する(例えばEP 0 185 863 Bl)。この方法は、カラーバンドを含むフィルムの製造にも使用される;例えばEP 0 177 25 388に記載されているように、異なる添加剤及び/又は顔料を有していてもよい2個の溶融物流の同時押出であり、部分的に着色されたフィルムを製造する。
したがって本発明の課題は、複合ガラス用フィルムを製造する方法を提供するものであって、その際、予め定められた形状及び大きさを有するフィルムを用いて、通常の押出技術なしに製造することが可能である。
1.明確に区別される成分を用いての多成分法
この場合、厳密に区別される成分領域を有するパーツが生じる。これは、以下によりもたらされる:
A)置き換え技術
金型キャビティー中の未完成の成形品を新たな成分のためのスペースに、運搬装置、ロボット又は補助員を使って置き換える。この種の技術は、例えば機器ケースにおけるのぞき窓を製造するために使用する。
金型部分の新たな位置への回転(回転技術)又は移動(移動技術)(たいていは、金型半分を回転/移動させる)。例示的な適用:歯ブラシ(回転又は移動)、硬質の担持材及び軟質の表面を有するパーツ、又は現代的な車両における多色の色つけされたライトスクリーン。
これにより、金型中に材料を充填した後にコアを吸い戻し、異なる新たに加える成分のためのスペースを確保する。主な用途:異なる色の着色がなされた領域を有する機器のケース。
これにより、同原料の異なる色を1個のパーツに加工する。この用途は、例えば、多色の自動車用バックライトである。
これにより、異なる材料、例えば硬質−軟質結合の際に1個のパーツに加工する。例えば、射出成形された軟質パッキングを備えた密閉キャップである。
これにより、互いの中に混じり込む成分を用いてパーツを製造する。以下の多様な方法が知られている:
A)サンドイッチ法
これにより、内部に存在する成分が視認不可能であるたいていのパーツが製造され、それというのも、これは、外部材料により完全に覆われているためである。しばしばこの方法では、視認不可能な成分として再利用材料を使用する。この内部材料は、さらにフォーム状であってもよい。そして外被として高品質な材料を使用する。サンドイッチ射出成形法の場合には、材料の源流を、金型巣(Formnest)への流入の際に使用する。この溶融物を、連続してゲートからキャビティーに充填する。最初に流入された成形材料は、連続的に壁に堆積し、これは最終的に内部を流れる第2成分により圧縮される。2個の射出ユニットは、射出機先端部で一緒に操作され、これは、弁又は複合型締めノズルによる制御によって、すべての射出ユニットからの材料を、任意に流入させることができる。そのために、源流は、前記成分の互いの完全な覆いを、最も小さい壁厚が達成させるまで完全に十分におこなう。このスプルーは、第1成分により封止することができる。
着色された造花及び人工的な装飾は、例えばマーブリングされたパーツである。これに関して、変更成分(たいていは同じ原料であるが、異なる色のものである−しかしながら、それぞれの場合において良好な相溶性の原料でなければならない)も、表面において視認可能である。これは、断続的に使用される射出ユニットによって達成される。このような技術は、特に装飾を有する複合ガラスにおけるフィルムのために使用可能である。

R3は平滑結合(glatte Bindung)、1〜12個の炭素原子を有する二価の脂肪族又は芳香族基であり、
R2、R4は互いに独立して、1〜12個の炭素原子を有する二価の脂肪族又は芳香族基であり、
n、mは互いに独立して1〜10、特に1〜5の整数である]の可塑剤が適している。
a)60〜85質量%のポリビニルアセタール、
b)14〜39質量%の少なくとも1種の「標準的可塑剤」及び
c)1〜20質量%、好ましくは2〜10質量%の式I及び/又は式IIの少なくとも1種の補助(Co)−可塑剤を含有する。
Claims (9)
- 射出成形法又は射出型押し法によって1個の金型中で製造された、可塑剤含有ポリビニルアセタールをベースとするフィルムであって、当該フィルムがくさび状横断面を有する、前記フィルム。
- フィルムが、着色された部分領域及び/又は着色されていない部分領域を有する、請求項1に記載のフィルム。
- 着色された部分領域において、さらに、別の着色がなされた領域又は着色されていない領域が部分的に含まれる、請求項2に記載のフィルム。
- 着色されていない部分領域において、さらに、着色された領域が部分的に含まれる、請求項2に記載のフィルム。
- 金属フィルム、金属針金、金属網、ポリマーフィルム、ポリマー繊維、ポリマー網及び/又は液晶から成る挿入物を含む、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載のフィルム。
- ポリビニルアセタールとして、部分アセタール化ポリビニルアルコール及び/又は部分アセタール化ビニルアルコール/ビニルアセテート/エチレン−ターポリマーを使用する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載のフィルム。
- 可塑剤含有ポリビニルアセタールをベースとする材料を射出成形法又は射出型押し法により1個の金型中で、複合ガラスのためのくさび状横断面を有するフィルムを製造する方法。
- 可塑剤含有ポリビニルアセタールをベースとする少なくとも2個の層から成るくさび状横断面を有する多層フィルムであって、当該フィルムの少なくとも1個の層が射出成形法又は射出型押し法により製造されている、前記フィルム。
- 可塑剤含有ポリビニルアセタールをベースとする層が、同金型において射出成形法又は射出型押し法によって同時に又は連続して製造された、請求項8に記載の多層フィルム。
