Claims (4)
- 弁体(18)と,この弁体(18)が開閉可能に着座する環状で円錐状の弁座(8)を有する弁座部材(3)と,弁座(8)の下流側に位置するように弁座部材(3)の前端部に連設され,弁座部材(3)の軸線(A)周りに配置される円形断面の複数の燃料噴孔(11a,11b,11c)を有するノズル(10)とを備え,そのノズル(10)の,前記複数の燃料噴孔(11a,11b,11c)の入口が開口する内端面(10a)をノズル(10)の前方に向かって小径となる凹状の円錐面とした燃料噴射弁において,
各燃料噴孔(11a,11b,11c)の中心線(La,Lb,Lc)とノズル(10)の内端面(10a)とのなす角度を,前記中心線(La,Lb,Lc)よりノズル(10)外周側では鈍角(α)に,また前記中心線(La,Lb,Lc)よりノズル(10)中心側では鋭角(β)に設定したことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項1記載の燃料噴射弁において,
複数の燃料噴孔(11a,11b,11c)を,前記軸線(A)を中心に持つ同一仮想円(C)上に配置すると共に,これら燃料噴孔(11a,11b,11c)を,前記軸線(A)を含む一平面(N)を境にしてその両側に配置される第1及び第2燃料噴孔群(G1,G2)に分け,且つ各燃料噴孔群(G1,G2)での燃料噴孔(11a,11b,11c)間の間隔(D2)を,両燃料噴孔群(G1,G2)間の間隔(D1)より狭く設定したことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項1又は2記載の燃料噴射弁において,
各燃料噴孔群(G1,G2)が少なくとも3個の燃料噴孔(11a,11b,11c)で構成される第1燃料噴孔群(G1)及び第2燃料噴孔群(G2)を,前記ノズル(10)の軸線(A)を含む一平面(N)を境にしてその両側に配置し,各燃料噴孔群(G1,G2)の両最外側に位置する燃料噴孔(11a,11c)を,それらの中心線(La,Lc)が,ノズル(10)の前方,且つ各燃料噴孔群(G1,G2)の中央もしくはその近傍に位置する燃料噴孔(11b)の中心線(Lb)の延長線の,前記ノズル(10)中心側一側方の交点(Q)で交差するように配置したことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の燃料噴射弁において,
前記弁座部材(3)及び前記ノズル(10)を,同一素材をもって一体に構成したことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。
