Claims (3)
- 円錐状の弁座(8)及びこの弁座(8)の中心部を貫通する弁孔(7)を有する弁座部材(3)と、弁座(8)と協働して弁孔(7)を開閉する弁体(18)と、弁孔(7)から半径方向外方にずれて配置される複数の燃料噴孔(11)を有して弁座部材(3)に接合されるインジェクタプレート(10)とを備えてなり、前記弁座部材(3)及びインジェクタプレート(10)間には前記弁孔(7)及び燃料噴孔(11)間を連通する拡散室(39)を設け、前記弁孔(7)に臨む燃料誘導部材(40)を前記インジェクタプレート(10)に連設すると共に、前記弁座部材(3)及びインジェクタプレート(10)間に、前記燃料誘導部材(40)の外周面が臨む、前記弁孔(7)より大径で前記燃料噴孔(11)の内端が開口する環状の前記拡散室(39)を形成し、前記燃料誘導部材(40)の外周部には、前記弁孔(7)を部分的に閉鎖する複数の閉鎖部(41)と、これら閉鎖部(41)間にあって前記弁孔(7)及び前記拡散室(39)間を連通する複数の切欠き部(42a,42b)とを形成し、これら切欠き部(42a,42b)を、これらが前記弁座部材(3)の軸線(Y)を中心とする仮想円(C2)に外接するように配置してなる燃料噴射弁であって、
前記複数の燃料噴孔(11)を、前記インジェクタプレート(10)の一直径線(R)に関して対称的に配置される二組(G1,G2)に分け、前記燃料誘導部材(40)には、前記各組(G1,G2)の中央部の複数の燃料噴孔(11)が並ぶ領域に対応した切欠き面積の大きい第1切欠き部(42a)と、前記直径線(R)上に位置して互いに反対方向を向く切欠き面積の小さい第2切欠き部(42b)とを設け、この第2切欠き部(42b)にそれぞれ隣接する前記閉鎖部(41)に対向して各組(G1,G2)の外側部の燃料噴孔(11)を配置したことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記第1切欠き部(42a)の総開口面積をS1、前記第2切欠き部(42b)の総開口面積をS2、前記弁座(8)及び前記弁体(18)間の開弁面積をS3、前記燃料噴孔(11)の総開口面積をS4としたとき、
(S1+S2)>S3>S4
となるように、前記S1〜S4を設定したことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記各組(G1,G2)の中央部に並ぶ燃料噴孔(11(A))を複数個とし、各組(G1,G2)の両外側部に位置する燃料噴噴孔(11(B))をそれぞれ一個とする一方、前記第1切欠き部(42a)の切欠き幅(W1)を、前記第2切欠き部(42b)の切欠き幅(W2)より大きく設定したことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。
