Claims (6)
- 円錐状の弁座(8)及びこの弁座(8)の中心部を貫通する弁孔(7)を有する弁座部材(3)と,弁座(8)と協働して弁孔(7)を開閉する弁体(18)と,弁孔(7)から半径方向外方にずれて配置される複数の燃料噴孔(11)を有して弁座部材(3)に接合されるインジェクタプレート(10)とを備えてなり,前記弁座部材(3)及びインジェクタプレート(10)間には前記弁孔(7)及び燃料噴孔(11)間を連通する拡散室(39)を設けた燃料噴射弁において,
前記弁孔(7)に臨む燃料誘導部材(40)を前記インジェクタプレート(10)の中央部に連設すると共に,前記弁座部材(3)及びインジェクタプレート(10)間に,前記燃料誘導部材(40)の外周面が臨む,前記弁孔(7)より大径で前記燃料噴孔(11)の内端が開口する環状の前記拡散室(39)を形成し,前記燃料誘導部材(40)の外周には,前記弁孔(7)及び前記拡散室(39)間を連通すべく互いに反対方向に開口する切欠き面積の大きい一対の第1切欠き部(42a)と,同じく前記弁孔(7)及び前記拡散室(39)間を連通すべく,前記一対の第1切欠き部(42a)間を通る前記弁孔(7)の直径線(L2)上で互いに反対方向に開口する切欠き面積の小さい一対の第2切欠き部(42b)と,これら第1及び第2切欠き部(42a,42b)間にあって前記弁孔(7)を部分的に閉鎖する複数の閉鎖部(41)とを形成し,前記複数の燃料噴孔(11)を,前記直径線(L2)の両側に配置される二組(G1,G2)に分けて,各組(G1,G2)の複数の燃料噴孔(11)を,前記閉鎖部(41)に対応する外側区域(A1)と,前記第1切欠き部(42a)に対応する内側区域(A2)とに分散配置し,前記閉鎖部(41)の前記第1切欠き部(42a)に隣接する第1先端角部(41a)をエッジ状もしくは微小円弧状に形成する一方,該閉鎖部(41)の前記第2切欠き部(42b)に隣接する第2先端角部(41b)を,前記第1先端角部(41a)より曲率が小さい大円弧状に形成することを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項1記載の燃料噴射弁において,
前記一対の第1切欠き部(42a)を,これらが前記弁孔(7)と同心の第1仮想円(C2)に外接するように配置し,また前記一対の第2切欠き部(42b)を,これらが前記第1仮想円(C1)と同心の第2仮想円(C2)に外接するように配置し,前記第1仮想円(C1)の直径をD1,第2仮想円(C2)の直径をD2,前記燃料誘導部材(40)の外径をD3としたとき,

D1/D2≦1.29・・・・・・・・・・(2)
上記(1)及び(2)式を同時に満足させることを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項2記載の燃料噴射弁において,
前記第1仮想円(C1)を,前記第2仮想円(C2)より小径に設定することを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項2記載の燃料噴射弁において,
前記第2仮想円(C2)を,前記第1仮想円(C1)より小径に設定することを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の燃料噴射弁において,
前記内側区域(A2)には複数の燃料噴孔(11)を,該内側区域(A2)の中央を通る,前記弁孔(7)の直径線(L1)上を避けて配置することを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の燃料噴射弁において,
前記燃料誘導部材(40)をプレスによる打ち抜きにより形成し,この燃料誘導部材(40)を,その外周の破断面(40b)側を前記弁孔(7)に向けて前記インジェクタプレート(10)に接合することを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。
