Claims (19)
- 軸線を有すると共に、一方においてネジ付きスピンドルと歯合し、且つ他方において更なるギア要素と歯合する外歯を外面内に備えたスピンドル・ナットによって、自動車における調整可能パーツ、より詳しくはシート・パーツを調整する自動車用の調整可能機構であって、前記スピンドル・ナット(1)の外歯(15)は当該スピンドル・ナット(1)の外面(10)に径方向内方に向かった刻み目により形成されている自動車用の調整可能機構において、
前記スピンドル・ナット(1)の外歯(15)は、歯深さが、中央の最深部から前記スピンドル・ナット(1)の軸線方向(a)の少なくとも一方の端部に向かってゼロになるまで減少するように形成されており、
前記スピンドル・ナット(1)の外歯(15)は、当該スピンドル・ナット(1)の外面(10)の軸線方向(a)における全長の一部にわたってのみ延在し、当該スピンドル・ナット(1)は、該外歯(15)の軸線方向(a)の外方に、外部歯の無い、少なくとも1つの末端区分(11,12)を有し、
前記スピンドル・ナット(1)の外歯(15)は、当該スピンドル・ナット(1)の軸線方向(a)において、相異なる歯形の、中央領域(16)とその両側に位置するエッジ領域(17,18)とを有し、前記エッジ領域(17,18)は球形状であって、歯深さが軸線方向の末端区分まで連続的に低減するように変化しており、前記中央領域(16)は螺旋形の輪郭を有する円筒状であることを特徴とする調整可能機構。 - 前記スピンドル・ナット(1)がプラスチック製であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の調整可能機構。
- 前記スピンドル・ナット(1)が、その外歯(15)を介して、更なるギア要素としてのウォームと歯合することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の調整可能機構。
- 前記スピンドル・ナット(1)及び前記更なるギア要素(2)がギアボックス・ハウジング(3,4)内に取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の調整可能機構。
- 前記ギアボックス・ハウジング(3,4)がハウジング・パーツ(31,32;41,42)、より詳しくはハウジング・プレートの形態のハウジング・パーツによって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の調整可能機構。
- 前記ハウジング・パーツ(31,32;41,42)が嵌合部(35,45)を介して相互に結合されると共に、全ての空間方向で相互に位置決めされることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の調整可能機構。
- 前記ギアボックス・ハウジング(3,4)が対向するハウジング・パーツ(31,32;41,42)から成る1対或は2対から構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項5或は6に記載の調整可能機構。
- 前記ギアボックス・ハウジング(3,4)が、U形状断面を有する2つの外側ハウジング・パーツ(41,42)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5乃至7の内の何れか一項に記載の調整可能機構。
- 前記外側ハウジング・パーツ(41,42)が、前記スピンドル・ナット(1)を支持すべく前記軸線方向(a)に相対向して取り付けられたスピンドル・ナット支持パーツ(31,32)の周りに係合することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の調整可能機構。
- 前記外側ハウジング・パーツ(41,42)が前記スピンドル・ナット支持パーツ(31,32)のスピンドル・ナット支持区分(33,34)を囲んでいることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の調整可能機構。
- 前記ギアボックス・ハウジング(3,4)がプラスチック製であることを特徴とする、請求項4乃至10の何れか一項に記載の調整可能機構。
- 前記ギアボックス・ハウジングがスピンドル・ナット支持区分(33,34)及び/或は前記更なるギア要素(2)に対するギア要素支持開口(46)の形態の支持点を有することを特徴とする、請求項4乃至11の何れか一項に記載の調整可能機構。
- 前記スピンドル・ナット(1)を前記スピンドル・ナット支持パーツ(31,32)に支持せしめるためのカラー(13,14)が該スピンドル・ナット(1)の前記末端区分(11,12)から前記軸線方向(a)に突出していることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至12の何れか一項に記載の調整可能機構。
- 前記スピンドル・ナット(1)及び前記スピンドル・ナット支持パーツ(31,32)が、多数段階射出成形プロセスにおける1つの射出成形ツールで一体的に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1、2、9、並びに、11のいずれか一項に記載の調整可能機構を製造する方法。
- 前記スピンドル・ナット(1)及び前記スピンドル・ナット支持パーツ(31,32)は、射出成形により次々と前記射出成形ツール内で成形され、それらの各構造的アセンブリ・ユニットは、先に成形された構造的アセンブリ・ユニットが、次のアセンブリ・ユニットが射出成形されている間、前記射出成形ツール内に残されていることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記ギアボックス・ハウジング(3,4)の更なるパーツが、先に成形された構造的アセンブリ(1,31,32)が前記射出成形ツール内に残されている間に、該射出成形ツール内で成形されることを特徴とする、請求項14或は15に記載の方法。
- 自動車用のギアボックス・ハウジング(3,4)内に調整可能機構(1,2)を取り付ける方法であって、少なくとも1つのハウジング・パーツ(41)が更なるハウジング・アセンブリ・ユニット(3,42)と組み合わされてその更なるハウジング・アセンブリ・ユニット(3,42)に対して固定され、前記ハウジング・パーツ(41)の前記ハウジング・アセンブリ(3,42)との組み合わせ領域(35,45)が溶融される、請求項1乃至13の内の何れか一項に記載の調整可能機構を自動車用のギアボックス・ハウジング(3,4)内に組み付ける方法において、前記ハウジング・パーツ(41)及び前記更なるハウジング・アセンブリ(3,42)は前記溶融中に相寄る方向に弾性的に張力が付与されることを特徴とする方法。
- 張力装置が前記ハウジング・パーツ(41)及び/或は前記更なるハウジング・アセンブリ(3,42)に付設されており、該張力装置によって前記ハウジング・パーツ(41)及び更なるハウジング・アセンブリ(3,42)が相寄る方向に張力が付与されることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記張力装置が、弾性要素(E)を介在させて、前記ハウジング(3,4)の前記関連する要素(3,41,42)に作用することを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の方法。
