Description
Claims (12)
- 空気ばね組立体において、
第一の側、対向する第二の側及びそれを貫いて延びる実質的に滑らかな壁の流体経路を含む第一端部材と;
前記の第一端部材と離間した関係にある第二端部材と;
前記第一と第二の端部材の間に固定され、前記流体経路と連通する流体室を少なくとも部分的に画定する可撓壁と;
前記流体室と連通する関連する流体ラインを保持するためのコネクタ継手であって、前記コネクタ継手は前記流体経路に沿って前記第一端部材上に支持されるコネクタ継手と
を具え、
前記コネクタ継手は、
支持面と本体壁を含む継手本体であって、前記本体壁は本体経路を少なくとも部分的に画定し、前記継手本体は前記流体経路内に少なくとも部分的に受け入れられて前記支持面が前記第一端部材の少なくとも一部と係合する継手本体;
前記本体経路内に受け入れられ関連する流体ラインの関連する外面に係合するよう適合された保持カラー;
前記保持カラーに隣接して前記本体経路内に受け入れられ、関連する流体ラインの関連する内面に係合するよう適合された内側支持スリーブ;
前記継手本体と前記第一端部材の間に圧縮状態で配置された第一封止部材;
前記本体経路内に配置されており、前記継手本体と関連する流体ラインの関連する外面の間に圧縮状態で配置された第二封止部材;及び
前記継手本体から延び、前記継手本体に取り付けられた第一の端部と弾性変形可能な第二の端部とを含み、前記第二端部は前記第一端部材と係合し、その上に前記コネクタ継手を保持する突起を含む複数の保持部材
を含むことを特徴とする空気ばね組立体。 - 前記継手本体は半径方向外側に延びるフランジを含み、前記支持面は前記フランジに沿って延び、前記継手本体は前記第一端部材に固定され、前記支持面は前記複数の保持部材により前記第一端部材に沿って当接係合で保持される、請求項1に記載の空気ばね組立体。
- 前記第一端部材は、前記継手本体の端部壁に隣接して前記流体経路に沿って配置される半径方向外側延在溝を含み、前記複数の保持部材は、前記端部壁の一部に沿って延び、少なくとも一部が前記溝内に延び、前記コネクタ継手を前記第一端部材に保持する、請求項2に記載の空気ばね組立体。
- 前記複数の保持部材は、第一保持部材と、前記継手本体上で前記第一保持部材から円周方向に離間する第二保持部材を含む、請求項2に記載の空気ばね組立体。
- 前記継手本体は、前記支持面から前記突起までの長さを有し、前記第一端部材は、前記継手本体の長さよりも実質的に小さい公称壁厚を有する実質的に薄壁のシート材料から形成される、請求項1に記載の空気ばね組立体。
- 前記継手本体は、前記支持面から前記突起までの長さを有し、前記第一端部材は、前記継手本体の長さよりも実質的に等しい公称壁厚を有する実質的に薄壁のシート材料から形成される、請求項1に記載の空気ばね組立体。
- 前記継手本体は、半径方向内側延在溝を有し、前記第二封止部材を受け入れ保持する、請求項1に記載の空気ばね組立体。
- 前記継手筐体は前記支持面に対向する端部壁を含み、前記複数の保持部材の前記第一端部は前記端部壁から延びる、請求項1に記載の空気ばね組立体。
- 前記第一端部材の流体経路は直径を減らした封止部を含み、前記継手本体は、前記流体経路の封止部に沿って配置された細長い封止部を含み、前記継手本体の封止部は、前記第二封止部材を受け入れ前記継手本体の封止部と前記流体経路の封止部との間の実質的に流体密封の封止を形成する溝を含む、請求項1に記載の空気ばね組立体。
- 前記継手本体は前記本体壁に沿って延びる外面を含み、前記複数の保持部材は前記外面に沿って延びる、請求項1に記載の空気ばね組立体。
- 前記継手本体は前記本体壁に沿って形成された複数の平面を含み、前記複数の保持部材は、それぞれ内面及び外面を含み、かつ、前記内面が前記平面に向かって配置されるような向きとされており、前記保持部材は、前記平面と前記対応する内壁の間に隙間が形成されるように、前記継手本体から離間されている、請求項1に記載の空気ばね組立体。
- 前記複数の保持部材は、前記第一端部材の流体経路を越えて外側に延びる外側部を含み、前記コネクタ継手は、前記保持部材を半径方向内側に押し、前記突起と前記第一端部材との係合を解除することにより、取り外すことができる、請求項11に記載の空気ばね組立体。
