Description
Claims (11)
- 受容開口部内にねじ込まれるねじ付き接続片であって、前記受容開口部内に少なくとも部分的に挿入されるシリンダー状のベース本体(2)を有しており、該ベース本体は、該ベース本体の長手方向の少なくとも一部分にわたってねじ区分(3)を備えていて、かつ端面側にシール面(4)を備えており、該シール面(4)は、前記受容開口部内の対向面に当接してシール座を形成する形式のものにおいて、前記シリンダー状のベース本体(2)は、前記ねじ区分(3)と前記シール面(4)との間で弾性的に形成されていることを特徴とする、ねじ付き接続片。
- 前記シリンダー状のベース本体(2)は、前記ねじ区分(3)と前記シール面(4)との間で、該ベース本体(2)の壁厚さの減少によって弾性的に形成されている請求項1に記載のねじ付き接続片。
- 前記壁厚さの減少のために、前記ベース本体(2)の外周壁(7)に少なくとも1つの材料除去部(6)が設けられている請求項2に記載のねじ付き接続片。
- 前記シリンダー状のベース本体(2)は、該ベース本体(2)の外周壁(7)において、前記ねじ区分(3)と前記シール面(4)との間に、全周にわたって分配された切欠き部により形成された材料除去部を有している請求項3に記載のねじ付き接続片。
- 前記シリンダー状のベース本体(2)は、該ベース本体(2)の外周壁(7)において、前記ねじ区分(3)と前記シール面(4)との間に、少なくとも1つの材料除去部(6)として設けられた環状の溝(8)を有している請求項3に記載のねじ付き接続片。
- 前記環状の溝(8)は、前記ベース本体(2)の縦軸線(10)に対して垂直にかつ該溝(8)の溝底部(11)を通って延びる平面(E)において、前記溝底部(11)と前記ベース本体(2)の前記外周壁(7)との間にわたるリング状の面(A1)を有しており、該リング状の面の、前記ベース本体(2)の、前記平面(E)に沿った横断面(A)に対する比は、0.05以上でかつ0.8以下である請求項5に記載のねじ付き接続片。
- 前記ベース本体(2)の前記外周壁(7)に設けられた前記環状の溝(8)を画定する2つの溝縁部(12,13)は、所定の間隔(X1)を有しており、該間隔は、シール座と前記ねじ区分(3)との間の間隔(Xg)に対して所定の比を有しており、該比は0.05以上である請求項5又は6に記載のねじ付き接続片。
- 前記シール面(4)はシール円錐部として形成されている請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のねじ付き接続片。
- 前記ねじ付き接続片(1)は、センサーのねじ付き接続片である請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のねじ付き接続片。
- センサーであって、該センサーは、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のねじ付き接続片を有していることを特徴とする、センサー。
- 前記センサーは、圧力センサー及び/又は温度センサーである請求項10に記載のセンサー。
