Claims (10)
- 関連する空気ばね上に関連する車両懸架装置の関連する部品を固定する際に用いるのに適合するコネクタ継手であり、関連する空気ばねは、離間した一対の関連する端部材の間に形成された関連するばね室を有し、関連する端部材の一つは、関連する外壁と、関連する内壁と、関連するばね室と連通する関連する継手経路を画定する関連する経路壁を有し、コネクタ継手において、
前記コネクタ継手は、
関連の端部材の関連する継手経路内に受け入れられるような寸法とされた継手筐体であって、外側筐体壁及び内側筐体壁を含み、前記内側筐体壁は前記継手筐体を貫いて延びる筐体経路を少なくとも部分的に画定して関連する部品を関連するばね室と連通に支持し、前記外側筐体壁は、関連する外側壁及び関連する端部材の関連する経路壁の一方と係合するよう構成された、半径方向外側に延びる支持面を含む継手筐体と;
前記継手筐体と関連する経路壁の間に密封状態で支持された封止部材と;
前記継手筐体から延びる複数の細長の保持部材であって、前記複数の保持部材は、前記継手筐体から延びる第一の端部と弾性変形可能な第二の端部を含み、前記第二端部は、関連する内壁及び関連する経路壁の一方と係合するのに適当な突起を含む保持部材を含むことを特徴とするコネクタ継手。 - 前記継手経路内に少なくとも部分的に受け入れられる保持コレットをさらに具え、前記保持コレットはコレット壁と、関連する部品を前記継手経路内に係合し保持するよう適合された複数の保持指部を含む、請求項1に記載のコネクタ継手。
- 前記継手経路内に支持された内側支持スリーブをさらに具える、請求項2に記載のコネクタ継手。
- 前記継手筐体は、半径方向外側に延びるフランジを含み、前記支持面は前記フランジの少なくとも一部に沿って延びる、請求項1に記載のコネクタ継手。
- 前記継手筐体は端部壁を含み、前記複数の保持部材の前記第一端部は前記端部壁から延びる、請求項1に記載コネクタ継手。
- 前記複数の保持部材の前記第一端部端部壁は前記外側筐体壁から延びる、請求項1に記載のコネクタ継手。
- 空気ばね組立体において、
第一の側、対向する第二の側及びそれを貫いて延びる実質的に滑らかな壁の流体経路を含む第一端部材と;
前記の第一端部材と離間した関係にある第二端部材と;
前記第一と第二の端部材の間に固定され、前記流体経路と連通する流体室を少なくとも部分的に画定する可撓壁と;
前記の流体室と連通する関連する流体ラインを保持するためのコネクタ継手であって、前記コネクタ継手は前記流体経路に沿って前記第一端部材上に支持されており、前記コネクタ継手は、
支持面と本体壁を含む継手本体であって、前記本体壁は本体経路を少なくとも部分的に画定し、前記継手本体は前記流体経路内に少なくとも部分的に受け入れられて前記支持面が前記第一端部材の少なくとも一部と係合する継手本体;
前記本体経路内に受け入れられ関連する流体ラインの関連する外面に係合するよう適合された保持カラー;
前記保持カラーに隣接して前記本体経路内に受け入れられ、関連する流体ラインの関連する内面に係合するよう適合された内側支持スリーブ;
前記継手本体と前記第一端部構材の間に圧縮状態で配置された第一封止部材;及び
前記本体経路内に配置されており、前記継手本体と関連する流体ラインの関連する外面の間に圧縮状態で配置された第二封止部材、を含むコネクタ継手と;
前記第一端部材と係合して前記コネクタ継手をその上に保持するよう適合された保持部材を具えることを特徴とする空気ばね組立体。 - 前記継手本体は、半径方向外側に延びるフランジを含み、前記フランジは、前記保持部材により前記第一端部材に沿って当接係合で固定される、請求項7に記載の空気ばね組立体。
- 第一端部材は、前記継手本体の端部壁に隣接して前記流体経路に沿って配置される半径方向外側延在溝を含み、前記保持部材は、前記端部壁の一部に沿って延び、少なくとも一部が前記溝内に延び、前記コネクタ継手を前記第一端部材に保持する、請求項7に記載の空気ばね組立体。
- 前記保持部材は第一保持部材であり、前記コネクタ継手は、前記継手本体上で前記第一保持構材から円周方向に離間する第二保持部材を含み、前記第一及び第二保持部材は、前記継手本体から延びる第一端部及び前記継手本体から離間し弾性変形可能な対向する第二端部を含む、請求項8に記載の空気ばね組立体。
