Claims (4)
- 高炉炉底極小空隙に、粒径がいずれも500μm以下の金属骨材と耐火骨材とを流動媒体中に分散させたペースト状の圧入材を圧入する骨材圧入方法であって、
該金属骨材の(最大径−最小径)/最大径で定義される真円度を30%以下としたことを特徴とする高炉炉底極小空隙への骨材圧入方法。 - 金属骨材と耐火骨材との粒径をいずれも75〜300μmの範囲内としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の高炉炉底極小空隙への骨材圧入方法。
- 流動媒体がフラン樹脂またはエチレングリコールであることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の高炉炉底極小空隙への骨材圧入方法。
- 金属骨材が銅粒子であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の高炉炉底極小空隙への骨材圧入方法。
