Abstract
Description
Claims (8)
- 입경이 약 500 μm 이하인 금속 골재, 입경이 약 500 μm 이하인 내화 골재 및 유동 매체를 포함하며, 상기 금속 골재 및 상기 내화 골재가 유동 매체 중에 분산됨으로써 형성된 페이스트를 용광로 바닥부에 형성된 간극 내로 압입시키는 단계를 포함하는, 용광로 바닥부에 형성된 간극 내로의 골재 압입 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (금속 골재의 최대 직경 - 금속 골재의 최소 직경)/(금속 골재의 최대 직경) × 100 %로 정의되는 금속 골재의 진원도가 약 30 % 이하인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속 골재 및 내화 골재의 입경이 모두 약 75 μm 내지 약 300 μm인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유동 매체가 푸란 수지 또는 에틸렌 글리콜을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속 골재가 구리 입자를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내화 골재가 구형 실리카, 구형 지르코니아 및 구형 멀라이 트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 간극의 직경이 약 1 mm 이하인 방법.
- 입경이 약 500 μm 이하인 금속 골재, 입경이 약 500 μm 이하인 내화 골재 및 유동 매체를 포함하며, 상기 금속 골재 및 상기 내화 골재가 유동 매체 중에 분산됨으로써 형성되는 페이스트를 포함하는, 용광로 바닥부에 형성된 직경이 약 1 mm 이하인 간극을 충전하기 위한 조성물.
