Claims (20)
- イオン伝導性ポリマーの製造方法であって、
第1の官能基を有する第1のポリマーを供給すること;
第2の官能基を有する第2のポリマーを供給すること;
及び
第1の官能基と第2の官能基の間の付加環化反応を用いて第1のポリマーと第2のポリマーを架橋させ、それによりイオン伝導性ポリマーを形成させること;
を含み、
ここで、該イオン伝導性ポリマーは、該付加環化反応により形成された窒素含有ヘテロ環を含んでいる架橋を有しており、
第1の官能基がアジド基であり、
第2の官能基がアルキン基であり、
窒素含有ヘテロ環がトリアゾール基である、前記方法。 - 前記第1のポリマー及び前記第2のポリマーが同一の分子種である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の官能基がアジド基であり、前記第2の官能基がアルキン基であり、及び、前記窒素含有ヘテロ環が1,4-置換1,2,3-トリアゾールである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記イオン伝導性ポリマーがプロトン伝導性ポリマーである、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のポリマーが酸ポリマーである、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のポリマー及び前記第2のポリマーが両方とも酸ポリマーであり、
酸ポリマーが、スルホン酸、ホスホン酸又はボロン酸である酸基を含む、請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記第1のポリマーがスルホン酸基を含んでいる、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のポリマーがホスホン酸基を含んでいる、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 請求項4に記載の方法によって製造されるプロトン伝導性ポリマーを含んでいるプロトン交換膜の製造方法。
- 請求項9に記載の方法によって製造されるプロトン交換膜を含んでいる燃料電池。
- 前記第1のポリマーが、ポリエーテルケトン、スルホン化ポリスチレン、スルホン化ポリフェニレン、スルホン化トリフルオロスチレン、スルホン化ポリホスファゼン、フルオロポリマー、フッ素化スルホンアミド、アイオノマー、スルホン化ポリスルホン、スルホン化ポリイミド、スルホン化ポリアゾール、スルホン化シリコーン及びポリイミダゾールからなるポリマーの群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- イオン交換膜であって、1,2,3-トリアゾール基を含んでいる架橋を有するイオン伝導性ポリマーを含んでいる、前記イオン交換膜。
- 前記イオン交換膜がプロトン交換膜である、請求項12に記載のイオン交換膜。
- 前記架橋ポリマーがそれに結合している酸基をさらに有している、請求項12に記載のイオン交換膜。
- 前記酸基が、スルホン酸、ホスホン酸及びボロン酸からなる酸基の群から選択される、請求項14に記載のイオン交換膜。
- 請求項12に記載のイオン交換膜を含んでいる燃料電池。
- 膜電極アセンブリであって、
第1の電極;
第2の電極;
及び
第1の電極と第2の電極の間に配置されたイオン交換膜;
を含み、
ここで、該イオン交換膜が1,2,3-トリアゾール基を含んでいる架橋を有する架橋イオン伝導性ポリマーを含んでいる、前記膜電極アセンブリ。 - 前記イオン交換膜がプロトン交換膜である、請求項17に記載の膜電極アセンブリ。
- 請求項18に記載の膜電極アセンブリを含んでいる燃料電池。
- 前記イオン伝導性ポリマーが酸ポリマーである、請求項17に記載の膜電極アセンブリ。
