Description
この発明の別の局面に従った回転電機を有する駆動装置は、開口を有するケースと、ケースの開口に収納され、ステータを有する回転電機と、ケースに収納されて回転電機と接続される歯車と、開口を封止するカバーと、回転電機をケースに固定する固定具とを備え、ステータは軸方向の長さを規定する第1および第2のスラスト端面を有し、第1のスラ
スト端面がケースの内表面に押付けられ、ステータはステータコアを有し、ステータコアがケースの内表面と接触し、ステータコアをラジアル方向に押圧することでステータコアの外周面をケースの内表面に接触させる押圧部材をさらに備え、押圧部材は固定具によりステータコアに固定される。
好ましくは、ケースのカバーと接触する側においてステータコアとケースの内表面とが接触する。
好ましくは、ステータはコイルを有し、コイルとカバーとが接触する。
好ましくは、回転電機から離隔するようにケースに収納された別の回転電機と、2つの回転電機の間に設けられた、ベアリングを介在させてケースに保持される遊星歯車機構とを備え、2つの回転電機において、遊星歯車機構に近い側のスラスト端面がケースに押付けられる。
好ましくは、2つの回転電機の間に2つの遊星歯車機構が設けられ、2つの遊星歯車機構は共通のリングギヤを有する。
図1は、この発明の実施の形態1に従ったトランスアクスルの断面図である。図1を参照して、この発明の実施の形態1に従ったトランスアクスル1は、トランスアクスルハウジング10と、トランスアクスルハウジング10に接続されるトランスアクスルケース20と、トランスアクスルケース20の端部を封止するトランスアクスルリアカバー30とを備える。トランスアクスルハウジング10、トランスアクスルケース20およびトランスアクスルリアカバー30で取囲まれた空間にトランスアクスルダンパ500、第一回転電機100、第二回転電機200、フロントプラネタリギヤ300、リアプラネタリギヤ400、動力伝達装置600が収納される。
図3は、この発明の実施の形態2に従ったトランスアクスルの断面図である。図3を参照して、この発明の実施の形態2に従ったトランスアクスル1では、固定金具261によりステータ230がトランスアクスルケース20に固定されている。ステータ230は隙間嵌めにて、ボルト215により片持ち状態でトランスアクスルケース20に固定される。ボルト215の座面とステータコア210との間に固定金具261が挟まれてステータ230の位置決めがなされる。固定金具261は楔状の先端部263を有し、かつばね鋼により構成される。先端部263がトランスアクスルケース20とステータコア210との間に食い込み弾性変形する。先端部263が塑性変形してもよい。ステータコア210とトランスアクスルケース20との間にはばね鋼の楔が挿入される隙間が設けられる。なお、この実施の形態では、固定金具261をばね鋼で構成しているが、これに限られるものではなく、たとえばプラスチックで構成されてもよい。固定金具261は硬化部材262を挟み込んでいる。先端部263がトランスアクスルケース20とステータコア210との間に食い込むため、先端部263がステータコア210をラジアル方向へ押付ける。
図6は、この発明の実施の形態3に従ったトランスアクスルの断面図である。図6を参照して、この発明の実施の形態3に従ったトランスアクスル1では、コイル220がトランスアクスルリアカバー30に接触している点で、実施の形態1に従ったトランスアクスル1と異なる。すなわち、トランスアクスルリアカバー30とコイル220とを接触させることでこれらを一体化し、トランスアクスルリアカバー30の見かけ上の質量を増加させる。これにより、トランスアクスルリアカバー30の共振を防ぎ、放射音の発生を低減する。なお、トランスアクスルリアカバー30とコイル220との接触をより確実にするため、これらの間に接着剤などを介在させてもよい。また、振動を減衰させる材料をトランスアクスルリアカバー30とコイル220との間に挟んでもよい。
図7は、図1中の矢印VIIで示す方向から見たトランスアクスルの側面図である。実施の形態4では、ステータコア210のさまざまな部分をトランスアクスルケース20に接触させ、どの部分で接触させれば最もノイズの発生を低減できるかを調べた。図7中の矢印Gで示す方向が鉛直方向下向き方向であり、上部の第1領域721、左上部の第2領域722、左下部の第3領域723、下部の第4領域724および右部の第5領域725の各々でステータコア210とトランスアクスルケース20とを結合した。その結果、下部である第4領域724でトランスアクスルケース20とステータコア210を接触させた場合が最もノイズの発生を防止できることがわかった。その理由として、ステータコア210の下部の左右の振動は、リアカバーの面外振動と逆位相であり、この部分で結合を生じさせることでリアカバーの左右振動を打消す働きがあることがわかった。

- 開口(24)を有するケース(20)と、
前記ケース(20)の前記開口(24)に収納され、ステータ(230)を有する回転電機(200)と、
前記ケース(20)に収納されて前記回転電機(200)と接続される歯車(301,302,303)と、
前記開口(24)を封止するカバー(30)と、
前記回転電機(200)を前記ケース(20)に固定する固定具(215)とを備え、
前記ステータ(230)は軸方向の長さを規定する第1および第2のスラスト端面(211,212)を有し、
前記第1のスラスト端面(211)が前記ケース(20)の内表面(21)に押付けられ、
前記第1のスラスト端面(211)がエンジンに接続されるシャフト(501)に近い側に位置し、前記第2のスラスト端面(212)が前記シャフト(501)から遠い側に位置し、
前記ステータ(230)はステータコア(210)を有し、前記ステータコア(210)外周の一部が前記ケース(20)の内表面(21)と接触し、
前記ステータコア(210)の一端と前記ケース(20)の内表面(21)とが接触し、
前記ステータ(230)の鉛直方向下側において前記ステータ(230)と前記ケース(20)の内表面(21)とが接触し、
前記回転電機(200)から離隔するように前記ケース(20)に収納された別の回転電機(100)と、
2つの前記回転電機(100,200)の間に設けられた、ベアリング(321)を介在させて前記ケース(10,20)に保持される遊星歯車機構(400)とを備え、
2つの前記回転電機(100,200)において、前記遊星歯車機構(400)に近い側のスラスト端面がケースに押付けられ、エンジンから遠い側の前記回転電機(200)において、エンジンに近い側の第1のスラスト端面(211)がケースに押圧される、回転電機を有する駆動装置。 - 開口(24)を有するケース(20)と、
前記ケース(20)の前記開口(24)に収納され、ステータ(230)を有する回転電機(200)と、
前記ケース(20)に収納されて前記回転電機(200)と接続される歯車(301,302,303)と、
前記開口(24)を封止するカバー(30)と、
前記回転電機(200)を前記ケース(20)に固定する固定具(215)とを備え、
前記ステータ(230)は軸方向の長さを規定する第1および第2のスラスト端面(211,212)を有し、
前記第1のスラスト端面(211)が前記ケース(20)の内表面(21)に押付けられ、
前記ステータ(230)はステータコア(210)を有し、前記ステータコア(210)が前記ケース(20)の内表面(21)と接触し、
前記ステータコア(210)をラジアル方向に押圧することで前記ステータコア(210)の外周面(213)を前記ケース(20)の内表面(21)に接触させる押圧部材(261)をさらに備え、前記押圧部材(261)は前記固定具(215)により前記ステータコア(210)に固定される、回転電機を有する駆動装置。 - 前記ケース(20)の前記カバー(30)と接触する側において前記ステータコア(210)と前記ケース(20)の内表面(21)とが接触する、請求項1に記載の回転電機を有する駆動装置。
- 前記ステータ(200)はコイル(220)を有し、前記コイル(220)と前記カバー(30)とが接触する、請求項1または3に記載の回転電機を有する駆動装置。
- 2つの前記回転電機(100,200)の間に2つの遊星歯車機構(300,400)が設けられ、
2つの前記遊星歯車機構(300,400)は共通のリングギヤ(303)を有する、請求項1に記載の回転電機を有する駆動装置。
