Description

Claims (13)
- 一次ビーム(4)を送出するための少なくとも1つのLED(2)と、
一次ビーム(4)を二次ビーム(5)に変換するための少なくとも1つの発光変換体(3)と
を有する形式の光源(1)において、
発光変換体は多結晶セラミック体であり、
該多結晶セラミック体自体は部分的にまたは全体で発光体として作用し、
セラミック体を形成するベース材料の少なくとも一部はドープ物質により活性化されており、
前記セラミック体(3)は一次ビーム(4)および/または二次ビーム(5)に対して透明であり、
前記セラミック体(3)は所定の波長の二次ビームに対して60%以上の透過率を有し、
前記セラミック体(3)は微結晶から成り、該微結晶は1μm(これを含む)から100μm(これを含む)の領域の平均等価直径を有し、
前記セラミック体(3)は、一次ビーム(4)のビーム路および/または二次ビーム(5)のビーム路を調整するための光学素子(10)を有し、
該光学素子(10)は、一次ビーム(4)および/または二次ビーム(5)を散乱する少なくとも1つの素子であり、
前記光学素子は複数の散乱センタから形成されており、
前記光学素子の散乱センタは、セラミック体内部の孔部からなるか、または
前記光学素子の散乱センタは、酸化アルミニウム、酸化チタン、イットリウム−アルミニウム−ガーネット(YAG)の群および/または酸化イットリウムから選択された物質からなり、
当該物質はセラミック体の表面部分に散乱センタとして配置されている、
ことを特徴とする光源。 - セラミック体(3)は90%以上、有利には少なくとも95%のセラミック密度を有する、請求項1記載の光源。
- 前記微結晶は10から50μmの平均等価直径を有する、請求項1記載の光源。
- 発光体は、セリウムのドープされたイットリウム−アルミニウム−ガーネットである、請求項1記載の光源。
- LED(2)は、GaInNおよび/またはGaNの群から選択された半導体材料を有する、請求項1記載の光源。
- セラミック体(3)には複数のLEDが配属されている、請求項1記載の光源。
- セラミック体(3)はLED(2)の支持体(6)である、請求項1記載の光源。
- LED(2)とセラミック体(3)との間には、LED(2)とセラミック体(3)とを固定的に結合するための接合層(7)が配置されている、請求項1記載の光源。
- 接合層(7)は接着剤(8)を有する、請求項8記載の光源。
- 発光変換体はレンズ(14)として構成されている、請求項1記載の光源。
- 散乱センタのために、YAGからなる微結晶中の酸化イットリウムが使用される、請求項1記載の光源。
- 請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の光源の発光変換体の製造方法において、
a)多結晶セラミック体をセラミックベース材料から作製し、
b)セラミック体にドープ物質をドーピングし、これによりセラミック体を発光体として作用させ、
ドープ物質または相応の化学的前駆物質をセラミック体、とりわけセラミック体の一部にだけ塗布し、引き続き比較的高い温度により熱処理することによりセラミック体へ拡散させる、ことを特徴とする製造方法。 - 塗布のために、遠心分離法、浸漬法および/または滴下法の群から選択された被覆方法を実行する、請求項12記載の方法。
