Claims (3)
- 紫外光から可視光までの波長領域のうちの所定の波長の光を発光する固体光源と、
該固体光源からの励起光により励起され該固体光源の発光波長よりも長波長の蛍光を発光する少なくとも1種類の蛍光体を含む蛍光体層とを備え、
該蛍光体層の面のうち励起光が入射する側の面から反射方式で蛍光を取り出す光源装置であって、
前記蛍光体層は、少なくとも一部に細孔を有し、
前記蛍光体層は、前記固体光源からの直射励起光の光軸上に、前記固体光源とは空間的に離して配置され、
前記蛍光体層は、細孔の光散乱性の異なる少なくとも2つの領域を有し、該2つの領域は前記細孔の形状、寸法、密度の少なくともいずれかが相互に異なり、
前記蛍光体層の前記固体光源からの前記直射励起光が入射する側には、前記蛍光体層から離間して前記直射励起光が入射しない位置に、前記直射励起光の正反射成分を前記蛍光体層の方向へ反射するための反射手段が設けられ、
前記反射手段は、前記直射励起光の正反射成分を反射して、前記蛍光体層における細孔の光散乱性の異なる両領域間の所望の部分を照射可能なように、該反射手段の角度を変更可能とする角度調整手段を備えていることを特徴とする光源装置。 - 紫外光から可視光までの波長領域のうちの所定の波長の光を発光する固体光源と、
該固体光源からの励起光により励起され該固体光源の発光波長よりも長波長の蛍光を発光する少なくとも1種類の蛍光体を含む蛍光体層とを備え、
該蛍光体層の面のうち励起光が入射する側の面から反射方式で蛍光を取り出す光源装置であって、
前記蛍光体層は、少なくとも一部に細孔を有し、
前記蛍光体層は、前記固体光源からの直射励起光の光軸上に、前記固体光源とは空間的に離して配置され、
前記蛍光体層は、細孔の光散乱性の異なる少なくとも2つの領域を有し、該2つの領域は前記細孔の形状、寸法、密度の少なくともいずれかが相互に異なり、
前記蛍光体層には、前記直射励起光が入射する前記蛍光体層内の領域を変更可能な位置調整手段が設けられ、
前記位置調整手段は、前記蛍光体層における細孔の光散乱性の異なる両領域間の所望の部分を照射可能な範囲で、前記直射励起光の入射する前記蛍光体層内の領域を変更可能であることを特徴とする光源装置。 - 前記蛍光体層は、板状に形成され、
前記固体光源からの励起光の光軸は、前記蛍光体層への入射面に対して、
垂直方向より傾いていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2の光源装置。
