Claims (4)
- a)熱可塑性ポリマーおよび/または架橋または架橋性エラストマー20〜60重量%、および
b)難燃剤として、次の物性値を有する水酸化アルミニウム40〜80重量%
BET法による比表面積:3〜5m2/g
平均粒度:d501.0〜1.5μm
残留湿度:0.1〜0.4%
吸油量:19〜23%
吸水量:0.4〜0.6ml/g
または、次の物性値を有する水酸化アルミニウム40〜80重量%
BET法による比表面積:5〜8m2/g
平均粒度:d500.8〜1.3μm
残留湿度:0.1〜0.6%
吸油量:21〜25%
吸水量:0.6〜0.8ml/g
を含むことを特徴とする難燃性ポリマー組成物。 - 前記b)成分の水酸化アルミニウムが、0.5〜1.5%のベーマイトを含むギブサイト構造であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の難燃性ポリマー組成物。
- 前記a)成分を構成する熱可塑性ポリマーが、ポリオレフィン、ビニルポリマー、共重合体、ターポリマー、グラフト重合ポリメタクリレート、天然若しくは合成ゴム、又はこれらの混合物であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の難燃性ポリマー組成物。
- 溶融物のメルトフローインデックスが標準的な水酸化アルミニウムに較べて少なくとも20%大きい、押出形成法による被覆導電体又はケーブルの製造における請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の難燃性ポリマー組成物の使用。
