Claims (8)
- a) 열가소성 및(또는) 가교된 또는 가교성 엘라스토머 20 - 60중량% 및b) 난연제로서- BET에 따른 비표면 3 - 5 mg2/g- 평균 입도 d501.0 - 1.5 ㎛- 잔류 습도 0.1 - 0.4%- 오일 흡수도 19 - 23%- 수분 흡수도 0.4 - 0.6 ㎖/g의 물질 값을 갖는 수산화알루미늄또는 - BET에 따른 비표면 5 - 8 mg2/g- 평균 입도 d500.8 - 1.3 ㎛- 잔류 습도 0.1 - 0.6%- 오일 흡수도 21 - 25%- 수분 흡수도 0.6 - 0.8 ㎖/g의 물질 값을 갖는 수산화알루미늄 40 - 80 중량%로 구성된 난연성 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 b)에 따른 수산화알루미늄이 추가로 0.5 내지 1.5% 보에마이트(boehmite)에 의한 깁사이트 구조물을 포함하는 것인 난연성 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 a)에 개재된 중합체가 폴리올레핀들, 비닐 중합체들, 공중합체들 또는 삼원 공중합체들 및 그래프트된 폴리메틸아크릴레이트, 천연 및 합성 고무들 및 이들의 혼합물들의 군으로 구성된 것인 난연성 중합체 조성물.
- 침전 및 여과에 의해 얻어진 0.8 내지 1.5㎛의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 필터-모이스트 수산화알루미늄은 입자 분포가 대부분 유지되면서, BET 표면이 적어도 20% 증가되는 방식으로 고온의 난기류에서 분쇄 건조시키는 것을 특징으로 하는,- BET에 따른 비표면 3 - 5 mg2/g- 평균 입도 d501.0 - 1.3 ㎛- 잔류 습도 0.1 - 0.4%- 오일 흡수도 19 - 23%- 수분 흡수도 0.4 - 0.6 ㎖/g의 물질 값을 갖는 수산화알루미늄또는 - BET에 따른 비표면 5 - 8 mg2/g- 평균 입도 d500.8 - 1.5 ㎛- 잔류 습도 0.1 - 0.6%- 오일 흡수도 21 - 25%- 수분 흡수도 0.6 - 0.8 ㎖/g의 물질 값을 갖는 수산화알루미늄인 난연제.
- 제4항에 있어서, 고형 축 상에 단단히 고정된 회전자가 10-40 m/sec의 원주 속도로 회전하고, 3000 - 7000 Bm3/h의 큰 공기 배출과 관련하여, 150 - 450℃의 직통 고온 공기가 >3000의 레이놀즈 인자에서 회전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 회전자의 원자 속도는 필터-모이스트 수산화알루미늄에 함유된 집괴물들을 1차 결정들로 전환시키기 위해 >60m/sec에 이르는 것인 방법.
- 제4항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 5000 Bm3/h를 초과하는 고온 기류 형태로 >270℃의 온도에서 및 >70m/sec의 회전자의 원주 속도로 도입된 에너지는 표면 상의 깁사이트 입자들을 보에마이트로 전환시키기에 충분한 것인 방법.
- 표준 수산화알루미늄들에 비교한 바, 용융물이 적어도 20%로 증가된 용융 유동 지수를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 압출 방법들에 의해 코팅된 전기 도전체들 및 케이블들을 생산하기 위한 상기 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 따른 난연성 중합체 조성물의 사용 방법.
