Claims (52)

前記前部素子の前記後面上に担持された導電性材料の層を含む透明な第1の電極と、
前記チャンバに収容された電気光学材料と、
前記後部素子の前記前面に重畳され、青色―緑色反射光を補う手段を含む第2の電極と、を備え、
前記青色―緑色の反射光を補う手段は、
相対的に高い屈折率を有する第1の材料の第1の層と、
前記第1の層に配置された相対的に低い屈折率を有する第2の材料の第2の層と、

- 前記第3の材料は、前記第1の材料と同じである、請求項1、2または3に記載の電気光学ミラー。
- 前記第1および第3の材料は、錫でドーピングされたインジウム酸化物、二酸化チタン、二酸化錫、五酸化タンタル、酸化亜鉛、酸化ジルコニウム、酸化鉄、およびシリコンから実質的に構成される群から選択される、請求項1、2、3のいずれかに記載の電気光学ミラー。
- 前記第1、第2、および第3の材料は導電性である、請求項1、2または3に記載の電気光学ミラー。
- 外周に沿って前記前部素子と後部素子をシール可能に結合するために前記前部素子と後部素子の間に配置されたシール材を含み、前記第2の電極の少なくとも一部は前記後部素子の前面と前記シール材の間に拡張していない、請求項1、2または3に記載の電気光学ミラー。
- 前記青色―緑色の反射光を補う手段は、絶縁性、半導電性または導電性のコーティングを含む、請求項1または3に記載の電気光学ミラー。
- 前記第1の材料の前記第1の層は、絶縁性、半導電性または導電性のコーティングを含む、請求項1、2または3に記載の電気光学ミラー。
