Claims (28)
- 3W/m°K를 초과하는 열전도도를 가지고, 하기의 구성을 포함하는 열전도성 램프 리플렉터:표면을 갖고, 약 30~80체적%의 액정 폴리머 기질과 약 20~70체적%의 열전도성 PITCH-계 카본섬유를 포함하는, 덮개; 및상기 덮개의 표면상의 금속화된 층.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 금속화된 층이 알루미늄을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열전도성 램프 리플렉터.

- 3W/m°K를 초과하는 열전도도를 가지고, 하기의 구성을 포함하는 열전도성 램프 리플렉터:표면을 갖고, ⅰ) 약 30~60체적%의 액정 폴리머 기질; ⅱ) 외관비가 10:1 이상인 약 25~60체적%의 제1 열전도성 충전재; 및 ⅲ) 외관비가 5:1 이하인 약 10~15체적%의 제2 열전도성 충전재를 포함하며, 상기 제1 열전도성 충전재가 PITCH-계 카본섬유인, 덮개; 및상기 덮개의 표면상의 금속화된 층.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기의 리플렉터는 22W/m°K를 초과하는 열전도성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열전도성 램프 리플렉터.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기의 금속화된 층이 알루미늄을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열전도성 램프 리플렉터.

- 하기의 단계들을 포함하는, 3W/m°K를 초과하는 열전도도를 갖는 열전도성 램프 리플렉터의 제조방법:내부 표면을 가지며, 약 30~80체적%의 액정 폴리머 기질과 약 20~70체적%의 열전도성 PITCH-계 카본섬유를 포함하는 덮개를 몰딩하는 단계; 및덮개의 내부 표면에 금속화된 물질층을 증착시키는 단계.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기의 금속화된 물질이 알루미늄을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열전도성 램프 리플렉터의 제조방법.
