Description
このハイブリッド車両によれば、EV走行時に定期的に内燃機関を運転することができるので、定期的にオイルポンプを駆動して遊星歯車機構等に潤滑油を供給することができ、遊星歯車機構等の潤滑性が悪化するのを防止することができる。
また、特許文献2に記載されるハイブリッド車両にあっては、EV走行中に内燃機関を完爆させずにモータリングを行ってクランクシャフトを回転させるようにしているため、モータ反力が駆動輪に伝達されてしまい、運転性能が悪化してしまうおそれがあった。また、モータ反力が駆動輪に伝達されるのを防止するためには、モータ反力をキャンセルする制御が必要になってしまう。
また、パーキングブレーキが作動されたこと、パーキングレンジにシフト操作されたことおよび運転終了操作が実行されたことのいずれかの条件を満たしたときに、第2の電動機によって出力軸を回転させているので、車両が停止した状態でモータリングを行うことができ、第2の電動機の反力が駆動輪に伝達されるのを防止して、運転性が悪化するのを防止することができるとともに、第2の電動機の反力をキャンセルするための制御を行うのを不要にすることができる。
この構成により、パワースイッチの検出情報に運転終了操作を検出することができるため、運転手による運転終了操作を確実に検出することができる。

(第1の実施の形態)
図1、図2は、本発明に係るハイブリッド車両の第1の実施の形態を示す図である。
まず、構成を説明する。
図1において、ハイブリッド車両1は、動力伝達ギヤ2と、ディファレンシャルギヤ3と、駆動輪4L、4Rと、動力伝達機構としての動力分配機構5と、動力取出ギヤ6と、チェーンベルト7と、モータジェネレータMG1、MG2と、内燃機関としてのエンジン8と、エンジン8の出力軸であるクランクシャフト9と、レゾルバ10、11、12と、ダンパ13と、蓄電手段としてのバッテリ14 と、インバータ15、16と、モータECU(Electronic Control Unit)17と、電源ECU18と、HV(ハイブリッド)−ECU19と、エンジンECU20とを備えている。
オイルポンプ22は、クランクシャフト9と同軸のキャリア軸27の端部に連結されて駆動される内歯歯車オイルポンプとして構成されており、オイルポンプ22は、図示しないオイルパンに貯留された潤滑油をトランスアクスル内に供給することにより、トランスアクスル内の動力分配機構5およびモータジェネレータMG1、MG2等を潤滑するようになっている。
したがって、バッテリ14は、モータジェネレータMG1、MG2から生じた電力や不足する電力により充放電されることになる。さらに、車両が停止モードのとき、バッテリ14は、車両外部の商用電源に供給される電力によって充電される。
CPUは、実車速Vが車速閾値Vα以上であるものと判断した場合には、ステップS9に処理を移し、実車速Vが車速閾値Vα未満であるものと判断した場合には、ステップS3に進む。
また、CPUは、ステップS6でレディオフ操作が行われていないものと判断した場合には、ステップS1に処理を移す。
また、本実施の形態では、パーキングブレーキ103が作動されたこと、シフトレバー101がパーキングレンジにシフト操作されたことおよび運転終了操作が実行されたことのいずれかの条件を満たしたときに、モータジェネレータMG1によってクランクシャフト9を回転させているので、ハイブリッド車両1が停止したときにモータリングを行うことができ、モータジェネレータMG1の反力が駆動輪4L、4Rに伝達されるのを防止して、運転性が悪化するのを防止することができるとともに、モータジェネレータMG1の反力をキャンセルするための制御を行うのを不要にすることができる。
図3は、本発明に係るハイブリッド車両の第2の実施の形態を示す図である。なお、ハイブリッド車両の構成は第1の実施の形態と同一であるため、ハイブリッド車両の説明は、図1を用いて行う。
CPUは、ステップS30でレディオフ操作が行われていないものと判断した場合には、ステップS25に処理を移し、レディオフ操作が行われたものと判断した場合には、運転手によってパワースイッチ105が操作されることで運転終了操作が実行されたものと判断して本処理を終了する。
また、本実施の形態では、運転開始操作であるレディオン操作が実行されたこと、パーキングブレーキ103が作動されたこと、または、シフトレバー101がパーキングレンジにシフト操作されたことを条件として、モータジェネレータMG1によってクランクシャフト9を回転させているので、ハイブリッド車両1が停止したときにモータリングを行うことができ、モータジェネレータMG1の反力が駆動輪4L、4Rに伝達されるのを防止して、運転性が悪化するのを防止することができるとともに、モータジェネレータMG1の反力をキャンセルするための制御を行うのを不要にすることができる。

Claims (5)
- 動力伝達機構を介して駆動輪に動力を伝達する内燃機関と第1の電動機とを備え、前記第1の電動機のみを駆動力源として走行するモータ走行モードが設定可能であり、前記モータ走行モード中に前記内燃機関の停止履歴の累積値が予め定められた上限値に達したときに前記内燃機関を主たる駆動力源として走行する内燃機関走行に切換えるハイブリッド車両において、
前記内燃機関の出力軸に連結され、前記内燃機関の駆動力を受けて発電可能な第2の電動機と、
前記第2の電動機から発生する電力により充電される蓄電手段と、
少なくとも前記蓄電手段からの電力により前記第1の電動機および前記第2の電動機を駆動する駆動手段と、
前記内燃機関の出力軸に連結され、少なくとも前記動力伝達機構に潤滑油を供給する潤滑油供給手段と、
前記駆動輪に制動力を与えるパーキングブレーキが作動されたことを検出するパーキングブレーキ検出手段と、
パーキングレンジにシフト操作されたことを検出するパーキングレンジ検出手段と、
運転手による運転終了操作が実行されたことを検出する運転終了操作検出手段と、
前記モータ走行モード中に、前記パーキングブレーキが作動されたこと、前記パーキングレンジにシフト操作されたことおよび前記運転終了操作が実行されたことのいずれかの条件を満たしたときに、前記駆動手段を駆動して前記第2の電動機によって前記出力軸を回転させ、かつ前記第2の電動機によって前記潤滑油供給手段を作動させるとともに、前記内燃機関の停止履歴の累積値をリセットする制御手段を有することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両。 - 動力伝達機構を介して駆動輪に動力を伝達する内燃機関と第1の電動機とを備え、前記第1の電動機のみを駆動力源として走行するモータ走行モードが設定可能であり、前記モータ走行モード中に前記内燃機関の停止履歴の累積値が予め定められた上限値に達したときに前記内燃機関を主たる駆動力源として走行する内燃機関走行に切換えるハイブリッド車両において、
前記内燃機関の出力軸に連結され、前記内燃機関の駆動力を受けて発電可能な第2の電動機と、
前記第2の電動機から発生する電力により充電される蓄電手段と、
少なくとも前記蓄電手段からの電力により前記第1の電動機および前記第2の電動機を駆動する駆動手段と、
前記内燃機関の出力軸に連結され、少なくとも前記動力伝達機構に潤滑油を供給する潤滑油供給手段と、
前記駆動輪に制動力を与えるパーキングブレーキが作動されたことを検出するパーキングブレーキ検出手段と、
パーキングレンジにシフト操作されたことを検出するパーキングレンジ検出手段と、
運転手による運転開始操作が実行されたことを検出する運転開始操作検出手段と、
前記運転開始操作が実行されたときに、前記駆動手段を駆動して前記第2の電動機によって前記出力軸を回転させ、かつ前記第2の電動機によって前記潤滑油供給手段を作動させるとともに、前記内燃機関の停止履歴の累積値をリセットして前記モータ走行モードに移行する制御手段を有することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両。 - 外部電源と電気的に接続され、前記蓄電手段を前記外部電源により充電する外部充電手段を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両。
- 前記運転終了操作検出手段は、パワースイッチからの検出情報に基づいて運転終了操作を検出することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項1を引用する請求項3に記載のハイブリッド車両。
- 前記運転開始操作検出手段は、パワースイッチからの検出情報に基づいて運転終了操作を検出することを特徴とする請求項2または請求項2を引用する請求項3に記載のハイブリッド車両。
