Claims (9)
- 車両の走行にともなって機械的に回転駆動される第1オイルポンプと、前記第1オイルポンプから吐出される潤滑油を潤滑必要部に供給する潤滑油路と、
前記第1オイルポンプとは異なる駆動源によって回転駆動される第2オイルポンプと、前記第2オイルポンプから吐出される潤滑油を車両用動力伝達装置の回転電機に熱交換器を介して供給する冷却油路と、
を備えた車両用動力伝達装置の冷却装置であって、
前記潤滑油路と、前記冷却油路のうち前記熱交換器のオイル流れの上流側と、を連結するバイパス油路に設けられ、
前記潤滑油路から供給される潤滑油の温度の上昇とともに、前記潤滑油路を流れる潤滑油の流量に対する前記バイパス油路を流れる潤滑油の流量を多くするオイル分配部と、を備える
ことを特徴とする車両用動力伝達装置の冷却装置。 - 前記オイル分配部は、前記第1オイルポンプから吐出される潤滑油の温度に係わらず、前記潤滑必要部への潤滑油の供給を維持する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用動力伝達装置の冷却装置。 - 前記オイル分配部は、前記第1オイルポンプから吐出される潤滑油の温度が予め定められた所定の温度以下であるときには、前記バイパス油路を閉塞する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用動力伝達装置の冷却装置。 - 前記冷却油路と前記バイパス油路との分岐点に配置され、前記バイパス油路の油圧と前記熱交換器のオイル流れ上流側の冷却油路の油圧との、いずれか高いほうの油路を開く圧力切替弁を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用動力伝達装置の冷却装置。 - 前記バイパス油路を開閉するための開閉弁からなる前記オイル分配部と逆止弁と、を前記バイパス油路に直列に備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用動力伝達装置の冷却装置。 - 前記第1オイルポンプは、デフリングギヤによって機械的に回転駆動され、前記第2オイルポンプは、エンジンによって回転駆動される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用動力伝達装置の冷却装置。 - 前記オイル分配部は、温度に応じて形状が変化する感温部材の変形によって、潤滑油の温度上昇とともに前記バイパス油路の開度を大きくする温度切替弁からなる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用動力伝達装置の冷却装置。 - 前記オイル分配部は、オリフィスからなる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用動力伝達装置の冷却装置。 - 前記第2オイルポンプは、モータによって回転駆動される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用動力伝達装置の冷却装置。
