Claims (7)
- 駆動力を出力するエンジンと、発電機能を有する第1モータと、駆動輪に連結された出力部と、前記エンジンが出力した駆動力を前記第1モータと前記出力部とに分配する差動機構と、前記出力部に連結されかつ電力の供給により駆動力を出力する第2モータとを備えたハイブリッド車両の駆動装置において、
前記エンジンの動力によって駆動されて油圧を発生する機械式の第1オイルポンプと、
前記出力部から伝達されるトルクによって駆動されて油圧を発生する機械式の第2オイルポンプと、
前記第1オイルポンプから吐出される潤滑油を前記第1モータおよび前記差動機構に供給するための第1潤滑油路と、
前記第2オイルポンプから吐出される潤滑油を、前記潤滑油を冷却するオイルクーラを経て前記第2モータに供給するための第2潤滑油路とを備え、
前記第2潤滑油路は、前記第2オイルポンプから前記第2モータまでの間の油路が、前記第1潤滑油路の前記第1オイルポンプから前記第1モータおよび前記差動機構までの間の油路に対して独立した油路として設けられている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。
- 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置において、
前記第2モータは、回転軸と一緒に回転するロータに対向して配置されるステータを備え、
前記第2潤滑油路は、前記オイルクーラにより冷却された潤滑油を、前記第2モータの前記ステータを冷却する油路に供給する第1油路を備える
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置において、
前記第1モータは、第1回転軸と一緒に回転する第1ロータに対向して配置される第1ステータを備え、
前記第2モータは、第2回転軸と一緒に回転する第2ロータに対向して配置される第2ステータを備え、
前記第1潤滑油路は、前記第1オイルポンプが吐出した潤滑油を前記第1モータの前記第1回転軸を通る油路に供給する第2油路を備え、
前記第2潤滑油路は、前記オイルクーラで冷却された潤滑油を前記第2モータに供給するための第3油路と、前記オイルクーラで冷却された潤滑油を前記第1モータに供給するための第4油路とを備え、前記第3油路は、前記第2モータの前記第2ステータを冷却する油路に繋がっており、前記第4油路は、前記第1モータの前記第1ステータを冷却する油路に繋がっている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置において、
前記第1モータは、第1回転軸と一緒に回転する第1ロータに対向して配置される第1ステータを備え、
前記第2モータは、第2回転軸と一緒に回転する第2ロータに対向して配置される第2ステータを備え、
前記第1潤滑油路は、前記第1オイルポンプが吐出した潤滑油を前記第1モータの前記第1回転軸を通る油路に供給する第5油路と、前記第1オイルポンプが吐出した潤滑油を前記第1モータの前記第1ステータを冷却する油路に供給する第6油路とを備え、
前記第2潤滑油路は、前記オイルクーラで冷却された潤滑油を前記第2モータの前記第2ステータを冷却する油路に供給する第7油路を備えている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 請求項3または請求項4に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置において、
前記出力部と前記駆動輪との間に連結されるギヤによる掻き上げにより潤滑油を前記差動機構に供給する潤滑油供給機構を更に備える
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置において、
前記潤滑油を貯留する貯留部と、
前記貯留部に貯留された潤滑油を前記第1オイルポンプに供給する第1汲み上げ用油路と、
前記貯留部に貯留された潤滑油を前記第2オイルポンプに供給する第2汲み上げ用油路とを更に備え、
前記第2汲み上げ用油路は、前記貯留部から前記第2オイルポンプまでの間の油路が、前記第1汲み上げ用油路の前記貯留部から前記第1オイルポンプまでの間の油路に対して独立した油路として設けられている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置において、
前記出力部と前記駆動輪との間にデファレンシャルギヤを有し、前記第2オイルポンプは、前記デファレンシャルギヤから伝達されるトルクにより駆動される
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。
