Description
そして、この発明によれば、ピニオンギヤに供給されるオイルの油温が所定温度よりも低い場合には、第1モータおよび第2モータの少なくともいずれかの駆動が禁止される。すなわち、第1モータおよび第2モータの両方を同時に駆動することが禁止される。油温が低い場合はオイルの粘度が高くなることから、オイルポンプの吐出能力が低下するが、そのような場合に、第1モータおよび第2モータの両方が同時に駆動されることがない。そのため、オイルポンプの吐出能力が低下する状態であるにもかかわらず第1モータおよび第2モータの両方が駆動され、ピニオンギヤに大きな負荷が掛かってしまうような事態を回避することができる。

- エンジンならびに第1モータおよび第2モータを駆動力源とするハイブリッド車両であって、サンギヤに前記第1モータが連結され、リングギヤに出力軸が連結され、キャリアに前記エンジンが連結された遊星歯車機構と、選択的に前記キャリアの回転を止めて固定するブレーキ機構と、前記ブレーキ機構により前記キャリアの回転が止められた状態においても所定の動力により駆動されて油圧を発生するオイルポンプと、前記オイルポンプを油圧源にして前記遊星歯車機構へオイルを供給するオイル供給機構とを備えたハイブリッド車両の潤滑構造において、
前記オイル供給機構は、前記オイルポンプで前記油圧を発生させることにより、前記遊星歯車機構のピニオンギヤの軸心部分へ、前記オイルを圧送するように構成され、
前記オイルポンプは、第3モータにより駆動されて油圧を発生する電動オイルポンプによって構成され、
前記駆動力源および前記第3モータの回転状態をそれぞれ制御するコントローラを備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記オイルの油温を判定し、
前記油温が所定温度よりも低い場合に、前記第1モータおよび前記第2モータの少なくともいずれかの駆動を禁止するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の潤滑構造。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の潤滑構造において、
前記コントローラは、
前記駆動力源の駆動状態を判定し、
前記第1モータおよび前記第2モータの両方がトルクを出力する場合に、前記電動オイルポンプが油圧を発生するよう前記第3モータを制御するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の潤滑構造。 - 請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両の潤滑構造において、
所定のギヤが回転する際に掻き上げるオイルを前記遊星歯車機構へ供給する掻き上げ潤滑機構を備え、
前記コントローラは、
車速を判定し、
前記車速が、前記掻き上げ潤滑機構により所定のオイル供給量を得ることが可能な車速範囲として定めた所定車速範囲外の場合に、前記電動オイルポンプが油圧を発生するよう前記第3モータを制御するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の潤滑構造。
