Description
出力軸がねじれ要素を介して後段の後段軸に接続された複数気筒の内燃機関の失火を判定する内燃機関の失火判定装置であって、
前記出力軸の回転数である出力軸回転数を検出する出力軸回転数検出手段と、
前記後段軸の回転数である後段軸回転数を検出する後段軸回転数検出手段と、
前記検出された出力軸回転数に対して前記ねじれ要素のねじれに基づいて生じる共振の周波数成分を抽出すると共に前記検出された後段軸回転数に対して前記共振の周波数成分を抽出し、該抽出した両周波数成分の振幅を比較して得られる値と前記検出された出力軸回転数とに基づいて前記ねじれ要素の剛性を推定する剛性推定処理を行なう剛性推定手段と、
前記推定されたねじれ要素の剛性と前記検出された出力軸回転数と前記検出された後段軸回転数とに基づいて前記共振が前記出力軸の回転数に影響を及ぼす共振影響成分を演算する共振影響成分演算手段と、
前記検出された出力軸回転数から前記演算された共振影響成分を減じて得られる検出用回転数に基づいて前記内燃機関の失火を判定する失火判定手段と
を備えることを要旨とする。
出力軸がねじれ要素を介して後段の後段軸に接続された複数気筒の内燃機関と、
前記内燃機関の失火を判定する上述した各態様のいずれかの本発明の内燃機関の失火判定装置、即ち、出力軸がねじれ要素を介して後段の後段軸に接続された複数気筒の内燃機関の失火を判定する内燃機関の失火判定装置であって、前記出力軸の回転数である出力軸回転数を検出する出力軸回転数検出手段と、前記後段軸の回転数である後段軸回転数を検出する後段軸回転数検出手段と、前記検出された出力軸回転数に対して前記ねじれ要素のねじれに基づいて生じる共振の周波数成分を抽出すると共に前記検出された後段軸回転数に対して前記共振の周波数成分を抽出し該抽出した両周波数成分の振幅を比較して得られる値と前記検出された出力軸回転数とに基づいて前記ねじれ要素の剛性を推定する剛性推定手段と、前記推定されたねじれ要素の剛性と前記検出された出力軸回転数と前記検出された後段軸回転数とに基づいて前記共振が前記出力軸の回転数に影響を及ぼす共振影響成分を演算する共振影響成分演算手段と、前記検出された出力軸回転数から前記演算された共振影響成分を減じて得られる検出用回転数に基づいて前記内燃機関の失火を判定する失火判定手段とを備える内燃機関の失火判定装置と
を備えることを要旨とする。
転数検出手段は、前記電力動力入出力手段の駆動状態を検出する手段を兼ねてなり、前記検出した電動機回転数と前記検出した駆動状態とに基づく演算により前記後段軸回転数を検出する手段であるものとすることもできる。この場合、電力動力入出力手段により車軸側のトルク変動に伴う振動を抑制する制振制御を行なっている場合でも、内燃機関の失火を精度良く判定することができる。
複数気筒の内燃機関の出力軸と後段の後段軸との間に介在するねじれ要素の剛性を推定するねじれ要素の剛性推定装置であって、
前記出力軸の回転数である出力軸回転数を検出する出力軸回転数検出手段と、
前記後段軸の回転数である後段軸回転数を検出する後段軸回転数検出手段と、
前記検出された出力軸回転数に対して前記ねじれ要素のねじれに基づいて生じる共振の周波数成分を抽出すると共に前記検出された後段軸回転数に対して前記共振の周波数成分を抽出し、該抽出した両周波数成分の振幅を比較して得られる値と前記検出された出力軸回転数とに基づいて前記ねじれ要素の剛性を推定する剛性推定手段と
を備えることを要旨とする。
出力軸がねじれ要素を介して後段の後段軸に接続された複数気筒の内燃機関の失火を判定する内燃機関の失火判定方法であって、
(a)前記出力軸の回転数である出力軸回転数に対して前記ねじれ要素のねじれに基づいて生じる共振の周波数成分を抽出すると共に前記後段軸の回転数である後段軸回転数に対して前記共振の周波数成分を抽出し、該抽出した両周波数成分の振幅を比較して得られる値と前記出力軸回転数とに基づいて前記ねじれ要素の剛性を推定し、
(b)前記推定されたねじれ要素の剛性と前記出力軸回転数と前記後段軸回転数とに基づいて前記共振が前記出力軸の回転数に影響を及ぼす共振影響成分を演算し、
(c)前記出力軸回転数から前記演算された共振影響成分を減じて得られる検出用回転数に基づいて前記内燃機関の失火を判定する
ことを特徴とする。
複数気筒の内燃機関の出力軸と後段の後段軸との間に介在するねじれ要素の剛性を推定するねじれ要素の剛性推定方法であって、
前記出力軸の回転数である出力軸回転数に対して前記ねじれ要素のねじれに基づいて生じる共振の周波数成分を抽出すると共に前記後段軸の回転数である後段軸回転数に対して前記共振の周波数成分を抽出し、該抽出した両周波数成分の振幅を比較して得られる値と前記出力軸回転数とに基づいて前記ねじれ要素の剛性を推定する
ことを特徴とする。

Claims (15)
- 出力軸がねじれ要素を介して後段の後段軸に接続された複数気筒の内燃機関の失火を判定する内燃機関の失火判定装置であって、
前記出力軸の回転数である出力軸回転数を検出する出力軸回転数検出手段と、
前記後段軸の回転数である後段軸回転数を検出する後段軸回転数検出手段と、
前記検出された出力軸回転数に対して前記ねじれ要素のねじれに基づいて生じる共振の周波数成分を抽出すると共に前記検出された後段軸回転数に対して前記共振の周波数成分を抽出し、該抽出した両周波数成分の振幅を比較して得られる値と前記検出された出力軸回転数とに基づいて前記ねじれ要素の剛性を推定する剛性推定処理を行なう剛性推定手段と、
前記推定されたねじれ要素の剛性と前記検出された出力軸回転数と前記検出された後段軸回転数とに基づいて前記共振が前記出力軸の回転数に影響を及ぼす共振影響成分を演算する共振影響成分演算手段と、
前記検出された出力軸回転数から前記演算された共振影響成分を減じて得られる検出用回転数に基づいて前記内燃機関の失火を判定する失火判定手段と
を備える内燃機関の失火判定装置。 - 前記剛性推定手段は、前記共振の周波数成分として前記内燃機関の2回転に1回の周波数の成分を抽出する手段である請求項1記載の内燃機関の失火判定装置。
- 前記剛性推定手段は、前記共振の周波数は減衰せずに該共振の周波数以外の帯域については減衰するフィルタ処理を施して前記共振の周波数成分を抽出する手段である請求項1または2記載の内燃機関の失火判定装置。
- 前記フィルタ処理は、バンドパスフィルタを用いた処理である請求項3記載の内燃機関の失火判定装置。
- 前記剛性推定手段は、前記検出された出力軸回転数が前記ねじれ要素のねじれに基づく共振を生じさせる所定回転数領域の範囲内のときに前記剛性推定処理を行なう手段である請求項1ないし4いずれか1項に記載の内燃機関の失火判定装置。
- 前記剛性推定手段は、前記内燃機関が定常運転されている最中に前記剛性推定処理を行なう手段である請求項1ないし5いずれか1項に記載の内燃機関の失火判定装置。
- 前記剛性推定手段は、前記後段軸回転数の共振の周波数成分に対する前記出力軸回転数の共振の周波数成分の比と前記検出された出力軸回転数とに基づいて前記ねじれ要素の剛性を推定する手段である請求項1ないし6いずれか1項に記載の内燃機関の失火判定装置。
- 前記共振影響成分演算手段は、前記検出された出力軸回転数と前記検出された後段軸回転数とにより前記ねじれ要素のねじれ角を演算すると共に該演算したねじれ角と前記推定されたねじれ要素の剛性としてのバネ定数と前記ねじれ要素より前記内燃機関側の慣性モーメントとに基づいて前記共振影響成分を演算する手段である請求項1ないし7いずれか1項に記載の内燃機関の失火判定装置。
- 前記共振影響成分演算手段は、前記検出された出力軸回転数から前記検出された後段軸回転数を減じた値の積分計算に基づいて前記ねじれ角を演算し、前記バネ定数と前記慣性モーメントとの定数関係値に前記ねじれ角を乗じたものの積分計算に基づいて前記共振影響成分を演算する手段である請求項8記載の内燃機関の失火判定装置。
- 出力軸がねじれ要素を介して後段の後段軸に接続された複数気筒の内燃機関と、
前記内燃機関の失火を判定する請求項1ないし9いずれか1項に記載の内燃機関の失火判定装置とを備える車両。 - 請求項10記載の車両であって、
前記ねじれ要素より後段の前記後段軸側に動力を出力可能な電動機を備え、
前記後段軸回転数検出手段は、前記電動機の回転数である電動機回転数を検出する手段を兼ねてなり、該検出した電動機回転数を換算することにより前記後段軸回転数を検出する手段である
車両。 - 請求項10または11記載の車両であって、
前記後段軸と車軸側とに接続され、電力と動力の入出力を伴って前記後段軸と前記車軸側とに動力を入出力する電力動力入出力手段を備え、
前記電動機は、前記車軸側に動力を出力可能に接続され、
前記後段軸回転数検出手段は、前記電力動力入出力手段の駆動状態を検出する手段を兼ねてなり、前記検出した電動機回転数と前記検出した駆動状態とに基づく演算により前記後段軸回転数を検出する手段である
車両。 - 複数気筒の内燃機関の出力軸と後段の後段軸との間に介在するねじれ要素の剛性を推定するねじれ要素の剛性推定装置であって、
前記出力軸の回転数である出力軸回転数を検出する出力軸回転数検出手段と、
前記後段軸の回転数である後段軸回転数を検出する後段軸回転数検出手段と、
前記検出された出力軸回転数に対して前記ねじれ要素のねじれに基づいて生じる共振の周波数成分を抽出すると共に前記検出された後段軸回転数に対して前記共振の周波数成分を抽出し、該抽出した両周波数成分の振幅を比較して得られる値と前記検出された出力軸回転数とに基づいて前記ねじれ要素の剛性を推定する剛性推定手段と
を備えるねじれ要素の剛性推定装置。 - 出力軸がねじれ要素を介して後段の後段軸に接続された複数気筒の内燃機関の失火を判定する内燃機関の失火判定方法であって、
(a)前記出力軸の回転数である出力軸回転数に対して前記ねじれ要素のねじれに基づいて生じる共振の周波数成分を抽出すると共に前記後段軸の回転数である後段軸回転数に対して前記共振の周波数成分を抽出し、該抽出した両周波数成分の振幅を比較して得られる値と前記出力軸回転数とに基づいて前記ねじれ要素の剛性を推定し、
(b)前記推定されたねじれ要素の剛性と前記出力軸回転数と前記後段軸回転数とに基づいて前記共振が前記出力軸の回転数に影響を及ぼす共振影響成分を演算し、
(c)前記出力軸回転数から前記演算された共振影響成分を減じて得られる検出用回転数に基づいて前記内燃機関の失火を判定する

ことを特徴とするねじれ要素の剛性推定方法。
