Claims (7)
- 表示画面部を載置するための台座部を備えた表示画面旋回装置において、
前記台座部の内部に配置された駆動源と、
前記台座部の内部に配置され、前記駆動源の駆動力が所定値を超えた場合に、前記駆動源の駆動力を遮断するトルクリミッタを含むとともに、前記駆動源の駆動軸に設けられたウォームギアを介して前記駆動源の駆動力を伝達するための伝達ギア部と、
第1の孔が設けられ、水平面内で回動可能でかつ垂直面に対して前後方向に回動可能に前記表示画面部を支持する表示画面支持部材と、
前記台座部側に配置され、前記伝達ギア部と水平方向に噛合するラックギアと、第2の孔とを含むラックプレートと、
前記第1の孔および第2の孔を介して、前記ラックプレートを前記表示画面支持部材に対して前記水平面内で回動可能に連結する連結部とをさらに備え、
前記駆動源の正逆回転により前記ラックプレートが前記水平面内で往復移動されることに伴い、前記ラックプレートに連結された前記連結部を介して前記表示画面支持部材が前記垂直面に対して所定の角度前後方向に回動されるように構成され、
前記ラックプレートは、前記水平面内での往復移動に加えて、前記表示画面支持部材の前記水平面内での回動動作に伴い、前記水平面内で揺動可能に構成され、
前記表示画面支持部材の前記第1の孔は、前記表示画面支持部材の前記水平面内での回動中心を通る垂直な線分上に設けられ、
前記ラックプレートの前記第2の孔は、前記連結部を前記水平面内で回動可能でかつ前記垂直面に対して前後方向に回動可能に支持するとともに、前記表示画面支持部材に向かう方向にしたがって孔径が広がるように前記第2の孔の内側面がテーパ形状に形成されている、表示画面旋回装置。 - 表示画面部を載置するための台座部と、
前記台座部の内部に配置された駆動源と、
前記台座部の内部に配置され、前記駆動源の駆動力を伝達するための伝達ギア部と、
水平面内で回動可能でかつ垂直面に対して前後方向に回動可能に前記表示画面部を支持する表示画面支持部材と、
前記台座部側に配置され、前記伝達ギア部と水平方向に噛合するラックギアを含むラックプレートと、
前記ラックプレートを前記表示画面支持部材に対して前記水平面内で回動可能に連結する連結部とを備え、
前記駆動源の正逆回転により前記ラックプレートが前記水平面内で往復移動されることに伴い、前記ラックプレートに連結された前記連結部を介して前記表示画面支持部材が前記垂直面に対して所定の角度前後方向に回動されるように構成されている、表示画面旋回装置。 - 前記ラックプレートは、前記水平面内での往復移動に加えて、前記表示画面支持部材の前記水平面内での回動動作に伴い、前記水平面内で揺動可能に構成されている、請求項2に記載の表示画面旋回装置。
- 前記伝達ギア部は、前記駆動源の駆動力が所定値を超えた場合に、前記駆動源の駆動力を遮断するトルクリミッタを含む、請求項2または3に記載の表示画面旋回装置。
- 前記駆動源は、前記駆動源の駆動軸に設けられたウォームギアを介して前記駆動源の駆動力を前記伝達ギア部に伝達する、請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の表示画面指示装置。
- 前記表示画面支持部材は、前記連結部が連結される第1の孔を含み、
前記表示画面支持部材の前記第1の孔は、前記表示画面支持部材の前記水平面内の回動中心を通る垂直な線分上に設けられている、請求項2〜5のいずれか1項に記載の表示画面旋回装置。 - 前記ラックプレートは、前記連結部を前記水平面内で回動可能でかつ前記垂直面に対して前後方向に回動可能に支持する第2の孔をさらに含み、
前記ラックプレートの前記第2の孔は、前記ラックプレートと前記表示画面支持部材とが前記連結部によって連結される際に、前記表示画面支持部材に向かう方向にしたがって孔径が広がるように前記第2の孔の内側面がテーパ形状に形成されている、請求項2〜6のいずれか1項に記載の表示画面旋回装置。
