본 고안은 본 출원인이 선출원 한바 있는 실용신안등록 출원 제86-11657호를 개량한 것으로서, 방비를 구성하는 한 묶음의 빗살을 제조함에 있어, 갈대, 수수등으로 된 날개의 빗살을 봉착밴드를 사용하여 단일체로 봉착시켜 방비(빗살)의 제작공정을 축소하고 빗살의 탈리 및 늘어짐을 방지케한 개량 방비에 관한 것이다.
상기 출원 제86-11657호의 고안은 갈대, 수수등 날개의 빗살을 결속끈 및 철사등으로 일정량을 결속하여 각기 소빗살로 구성한 후 이를 다시 철심으로 수개의 소빗살을 연결하여 방비를 구성하는 한 묶음의 빗살을 구성하였는바 이는 수차례의 공정을 반복하여야 제품을 얻을 수 있는데 반해 본 고안은 봉착밴드를 사용하여 별도의 봉착기로서 단일작업만으로 견고하게 빗살을 생산할 수 있기에 날개의 빗살이 탈리되거나 늘어지는 것을 방지할 수 있는 것이다.
이하 본 고안을 첨부된 도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
다수의 결합공(9) 및 저부에 절곡된 뽀족한 돌편(2)(2')을 형성하고, 내측면에 지지돌기(5)(5')가 각각 엇갈리게 돌설된 2개의 협착편(1)(1')의 사이에 빗살(3) 상단을 끼워서 되는 공지의 방비에 있어서, 통상의 갈대, 수수등으로 된 날개의 빗살 상단을 모아 약간의 사이 (H)를 둔 상, 하 봉착밴드(4)(4a)를 봉착하여 한 묶음의 빗살(3)을 형성하고, 상기 지지돌기(5)(5')에는 각기 봉착밴드(4)(4a)의 상, 하단이 접면되게 구성하여서 된 것이다.
도면중 미설명부호"6"은 지지보울트, "7"은 손잡이봉, "8","8'"는 결함보울트이다.
이와같이 된 본 고안은 갈대, 수수등으로 된 날개의 빗살 상단에 봉착밴드(4)(4a)를 사이(H)를 띄워 각각 봉착하여서 된 한 묶음의 빗살(3)을 협착편(1)(1')의 각 지지돌기(5)(5')가 봉착밴드(4)(4a) 사이(H)를 관통하여 빗살(3)을 지지고정하게 되는데 이때, 지지동기(5) 및 (5')는 봉착밴드(4) 및 (4a)의 상단과 하단에 각기 접면 지지되어 빗살(3)이 흔들림이 없이 견고하게 고정되는 것이다.
한편 빗살(3)은 봉착밴드(4)(4a)로서 조밀하게 반복 봉착되어 있으므로 날개의 빗살이 빠지거나 늘어지지않은 것이며, 빗살(3)이 모두 마모되면 새로운 빗살로 교체하기에도 더욱 용이하게 되는 것이다.
따라서 본 고안은 빗살이 빠지거나 늘어지지않아 방비를 사용함에 있어 주변을 어지럽히지 않고 용도를 충족시킬 수 있으며, 또한 그 수명을 연장하여 장기 사용에 접합하고, 빗살의 제조공정 및 인력을 대폭 축소하여 제조단가를 저렴하게 하여 제품을 양산할 수 있어 양질의 제품을 경제적인 부담없이 소비자에게 제공 할 수 있는 매우 유용한 고안인 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 다수의 결합공(9) 및 저부에 절곡된 뽀족한 돌편(2)(2')을 형성하고, 내측면에 지지돌기(5)(5')가 각각 엇갈리게 돌설된 2개의 협착편(1)(1')의 사이에 빗살(3) 상단을 끼워서 되는 공지의 방비에 있어서, 통상의 갈대, 수수등으로 된 날개의 빗살상단을 모아 약간의 사이 (H)를 둔 상, 하 봉착밴드(4)(4a)를 봉착하여 한 묶음의 빗살(3)을 형성하고, 상기 지지돌기(5)(5')에는 각기 봉착밴드(4)(4a)의 상, 하단이 접면되게 구성하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 개량방비.
