Claims (3)
- シート材料を搬送する真空コンベヤと、回転ダイカッタとを備える、シート材料を切断して搬送する装置において、前記回転ダイカッタは、連続ウェブを切断して複数の切断されたワークピースを形成するようになっており、
前記真空コンベヤが、有孔エンドレスベルトを備え、
前記有孔エンドレスベルトが、複数の第1の縦長開口部を有して水平面に対し第1の角度で位置する第1の真空プレートの上を延在するとともに、第2の縦長開口部を有して水平面に対し該第1の角度とは異なる第2の角度で位置する第2の真空プレートの上を延在することと、
前記真空コンベヤおよび前記回転ダイカッタは、前記切断されたワークピースの現出部分を、該切断されたワークピースが前記連続ウェブから完全に分離される前に、前記有孔エンドレスベルトおよび前記第1の真空プレートを通して引かれる真空の作用によって保持できるように、配置されていること、
を特徴とする装置。 - 前記第1の縦長開口部が、周囲より低い第1の空気圧に維持された第1の真空チャンバと連通し、前記第2の縦長開口部が、周囲より低い第2の空気圧に維持された第2の真空チャンバと連通し、該第1の空気圧と該第2の空気圧とが互いに異なる、請求項1に記載の装置であって、
前記真空コンベヤが、前記第1の真空チャンバに機能的に連結された、周囲より低い第1の空気圧源と、前記第2の真空チャンバに機能的に連結された、周囲より低い第2の空気圧源とをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記有孔エンドレスベルトを推進する駆動機構が、前記回転ダイカッタと連動して、該有孔エンドレスベルトの線形表面速度が該回転ダイカッタの線形表面速度よりも大きくなるようにする、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
