Description
Claims (14)
- ウィンドーカバーに適しており、広げることが可能なハニカム構造を作る方法であって、
連続リボンを折りたたんで形成されたプレフォームをカッターに供給し、前記カッターが前記プレフォームにミシン目を入れて段部材とすること;
少なくとも一筋の接着剤を前記段部材に前記カッターよりも下流の位置で塗布すること;
前記接着剤を前記段部材に塗布した後に前記段部材を前記プレフォームから切り離すこと;
前記接着剤を含んでいる前記段部材をスタッカーへ搬送すること;及び
第2の段部材を前記スタッカーへ搬送する前に前記段部材を他の段部材と積み重ね、前記段部材を積み重ねたときに、前記段部材を前記他の段部材と接着すること
を含むハニカム構造を作る方法。 - 前記段部材を前記プレフォームから切り離すことには、前記段部材を前記プレフォームに対して加速させることが含まれる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記段部材の前記スタッカーの中への下流方向前進を空気流装置を使って速くすることがさらに含まれる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 材料の連続リボンを折りたたみ機に供給することをさらに含む請求項1記載の方法であって、前記折りたたみ機が前記材料の連続リボンを折りたたんで前記プレフォームを形成する方法。
- 前記材料の連続リボンを前記折りたたみ機に供給して前記プレフォームを形成することは、前記プレフォームをカッターに供給する直前に、前記プレフォームを前記カッターに供給することに連続して行われる、請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記プレフォームは予め折りたたまれている、請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記材料の連続リボンに接着剤を塗布すること;
前記材料を折りたたんで少なくとも1つの縁部分と、1つの主要部分を形成すること;及び
前記プレフォームを前記カッターへ搬送する前に前記縁部分を前記主要部分へ固定すること
をさらに含む、請求項4記載の方法。 - ウィンドーカバーとして使用することに適しており、広げることができるハニカム構造を作るための装置であって、
材料の連続リボンを折りたたみ機に搬送する駆動装置であって、前記折りたたみ機が前記材料の連続リボンからプレフォームを形成する駆動装置;
前記駆動装置は、さらに、前記折りたたみ機の下流に位置するカッターを通り過ぎるように前記プレフォームを搬送し、前記カッターは前記プレフォームにミシン目を入れて段部材とし;
前記カッターの下流に配置され、少なくとも一筋の接着剤を前記ミシン目を入れられたプレフォームに塗布する接着剤塗布機;
前記接着剤塗布機の下流に配置された加速器で、該加速器は、前記段部材を加速することによって前記段部材を切り離す加速器;及び
少なくとも一筋の接着剤を有する前記段部材をスタッカーへ運ぶコンベヤーであって、前記スタッカーが前記段部材を他の段部材に接着するコンベヤー
を備える装置。 - 前記加速器には空気流装置が含まれる、請求項8記載の装置。
- さらに第2接着剤塗布機を備えており、前記第2の接着剤塗布機は、少なくとも一筋の接着剤を前記材料の連続リボンに折りたたまれる前に塗布するために、前記折りたたみ機の上流に配置されている、請求項8記載の装置。
- ウィンドーカバーに適しており、広げることが可能なハニカム構造を作る方法であって、
材料の連続リボンを折りたたみ機まで搬送して前記材料を折りたたむことにより連続したプレフォームを提供して、前記プレフォームをカッターへ搬送し、前記カッターが前記プレフォームにミシン目を入れて段部材とすること;
少なくとも一筋の接着剤を前記ミシン目を入れられたプレフォームに前記カッターより下流の位置で塗布すること;
前記段部材を前記プレフォームに対して加速することによって前記段部材を前記プレフォームから切り離すこと;
接着剤を含んでいる前記段部材をスタッカーへ搬送すること;及び
第2の段部材をスタッカーへ搬入する前に前記段部材を他の段部材と積み重ね、前記段部材を積み重ねる際に前記段部材を前記他の段部材に接着すること
を含む方法。 - 前記プレフォームを供給することには、前記プレフォームを前記カッターへ搬送する直前に前記プレフォームを形成することがさらに含まれ、前記プレフォームを形成することには、材料の連続リボンを折りたたみ機まで搬送して前記材料を折りたたむことが含まれる、請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記プレフォームは予め作られている、請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記プレフォームを形成することには:
接着剤を材料の連続リボンに塗布すること;
前記材料を折りたたんで少なくとも1つの縁部分と、1つの主要部分とを形成すること;及び
前記縁部分を前記主要部分に固定すること
が含まれる、請求項11記載の方法。
