Claims (14)
- 積層セラミック電子部品に備える積層構造物の一部をなす内部電極またはセラミック層となるべきペースト膜を被印刷シート上にグラビア印刷によって形成するためのグラビア印刷機であり、
前記ペースト膜を与える導電性ペーストまたはセラミックスラリーからなる印刷ペーストが付与される画線部をその周面上に形成しているグラビアロールを備え、
前記画線部には、略印刷方向に延びる印刷方向土手と前記印刷方向土手に対して略垂直方向に延びる垂直方向土手とが設けられるとともに、前記印刷方向土手と前記垂直方向土手とによって区画された、複数個のセルが形成され、
前記印刷方向土手は、その側方に前記垂直方向土手が存在している箇所を含み、
前記印刷ペーストの糸引きを前記印刷方向土手に沿って生じさせるため、前記印刷方向土手は、少なくとも、前記側方に垂直方向土手が存在している箇所において、連続して延びるように設けられるとともに、印刷方向に隣り合う前記セル間を連通状態とするため、前記垂直方向土手には切欠きが設けられ、
前記印刷方向土手と前記垂直方向土手とは、互いに交差する交差部分を形成しており、前記交差部分は、前記垂直方向土手が前記印刷方向土手に対して貫通せずにT字状に交差するT字交差部分を含む、
グラビア印刷機。 - 前記T字交差部分は、前記画線部の少なくとも中央部において分布している、請求項1に記載のグラビア印刷機。
- 前記画線部の中央部に位置する前記交差部分の半数以上が、前記T字交差部分である、請求項2に記載のグラビア印刷機。
- 前記画線部の中央部に位置する前記交差部分は、すべて前記T字交差部分である、請求項3に記載のグラビア印刷機。
- 前記交差部分における前記印刷方向土手の一部と前記垂直方向土手の一部とが互いに交差する角の部分には、丸みまたは斜面による面取りが付されている、請求項1に記載のグラビア印刷機。
- 前記画線部の中央部においては、前記切欠きの間隔は、前記印刷方向土手および前記垂直方向土手の各幅より大きくされている、請求項1に記載のグラビア印刷機。
- 前記切欠きに向かう前記垂直方向土手の先端部には、丸みまたは斜面による面取りが付されている、請求項1に記載のグラビア印刷機。
- 前記印刷方向土手は、前記画線部における印刷始端から印刷終端に至るまで実質的に連続して延びるように設けられている、請求項1に記載のグラビア印刷機。
- 印刷方向に関して互いに隣り合う前記切欠きは、印刷方向に対して垂直方向での位置が互いに異ならされている、請求項1に記載のグラビア印刷機。
- 前記切欠きは、各前記セルの対角線方向に対向する2つの角の部分に位置している、請求項9に記載のグラビア印刷機。
- 請求項1ないし10のいずれかに記載のグラビア印刷機を用いて実施される、積層セラミック電子部品の製造方法。
- 前記被印刷シートは、セラミックグリーンシートである、請求項11に記載の積層セラミック電子部品の製造方法。
- 前記被印刷シートは、樹脂シートである、請求項11に記載の積層セラミック電子部品の製造方法。
- 積層セラミック電子部品に備える積層構造物の一部をなす内部電極またはセラミック層となるべきペースト膜を被印刷シート上にグラビア印刷によって形成するためのグラビア印刷機に備える、グラビアロールであって、
前記ペースト膜を与える導電性ペーストまたはセラミックスラリーからなる印刷ペーストが付与される画線部をその周面上に形成しており、
前記画線部には、略印刷方向に延びる印刷方向土手と前記印刷方向土手に対して略垂直方向に延びる垂直方向土手とが設けられるとともに、前記印刷方向土手と前記垂直方向土手とによって区画された、複数個のセルが形成され、
前記印刷方向土手は、その側方に前記垂直方向土手が存在している箇所を含み、
