Description
Claims (9)
- 土壌物質をほぐすために用いられる土壌作業器具を土壌領域内に挿入し、
土壌領域内のほぐされた土壌物質を液体と混合して、固化可能な懸濁物質を形成し、
土壌領域内で前記懸濁物質が硬化して、基礎を形成する、
地盤内に基礎を形成する方法であって、
硬化する前の懸濁物質の一部が土壌作業器具を挿入している前記土壌領域の第1区画から除去され、
除去された懸濁物質の少なくとも一部が、土壌作業器具を挿入している前記土壌領域の、第1区画の下方に位置する第2区画に戻される、
方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、除去された懸濁物質が、返還前に処理される、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、懸濁物質の除去と返還とが連続して実行される、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、土壌物質のほぐしと混合とが、土壌作業器具を用いて同時に実行される、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法を実行する地盤内に基礎を形成する装置であって、
土壌領域内の土壌物質をほぐす土壌作業器具と、
ほぐされた土壌物質に液体を供給する供給装置と、
土壌内でほぐされた土壌物質を前記液体と混合して、固化可能な懸濁物質を形成する混合装置と、
を含み、
前記土壌領域の第1区画から一部の懸濁物質を排除する除去装置が設けられ、
除去された懸濁物質の少なくとも一部を、前記土壌領域の第2区画に戻す返還装置が設けられる、装置。 - 請求項5に記載の装置であって、前記除去装置が、前記土壌領域の上部区画に配設された吸入管路を備える、装置。
- 請求項5に記載の装置であって、前記返還装置が、前記供給装置と共に構成される、装置。
- 請求項5に記載の装置であって、返還の前に、前記懸濁物質を処理する処理装置が設けられる、装置。
- 請求項5に記載の装置であって、前記土壌作業器具が、土壌オーガと共に少なくとも1つのドリルストリングを備え、前記混合装置が、前記ドリルストリングに配設された混合パドルを備える、装置。
