Description
Claims (11)
- 希土類元素、金属元素及びホウ素を含む原料合金塊に水素を吸蔵させ、これを粉砕して合金粉末とする永久磁石用合金粉末の製造装置であって、
中心軸に沿って、水素吸蔵部と、水素吸蔵した合金粉末を加熱し脱水素する回転可能な熱処理部と、冷却部とが順次配置されるとともに、これら各部が一体容器とされてなり、
前記熱処理部は、内周面に突出部を有することを特徴とする永久磁石用合金粉末の製造装置。 - 前記突出部は棚板状の形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の永久磁石用合金粉末の製造装置。
- 前記棚板状の突出部が熱処理部の内周面に複数形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の永久磁石用合金粉末の製造装置。
- 前記複数の突出部は、熱処理部の中心軸方向に対して千鳥状に配列されていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の永久磁石用合金粉末の製造装置。
- 前記熱処理部は円筒形状を有し、その中心軸が傾斜可能に設置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の永久磁石用合金粉末の製造装置。
- 前記熱処理部を加熱する手段を備えており、当該加熱する手段が熱処理部の周囲に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の永久磁石用合金粉末の製造装置。
- 前記加熱する手段が抵抗加熱ヒータであることを特徴とする請求項5記載の永久磁石用合金粉末の製造装置。
- 前記熱処理部に揺動、振動から選択される少なくとも1種を与える運動付与手段が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の永久磁石用合金粉末の製造装置。
- 希土類元素、金属元素及びホウ素を含む原料合金塊に水素を吸蔵させ、これを粉砕して合金粉末とする永久磁石用合金粉末の製造方法において、
水素吸蔵部において水素吸蔵させた合金粉末を熱処理部に移動し、内周面に突出部を有する熱処理部を回転させながら前記合金粉末を加熱し脱水素を行った後、熱処理部から冷却部へと脱水素した合金粉末を移動することを特徴とする永久磁石用合金粉末の製造方法。 - 前記熱処理部において、減圧もしくは不活性ガス雰囲気中で合金粉末の温度を200℃〜800℃に保持することを特徴とする請求項9記載の永久磁石用合金粉末の製造方法。
- 熱処理部に揺動、振動から選択される少なくとも1種を与えることを特徴とする請求項9記載の永久磁石用合金粉末の製造方法。
