Claims (3)
- 希土類元素、金属元素及びホウ素を含む原料合金塊に水素を吸蔵させ、これを粉砕して合金粉末とする永久磁石用合金粉末の製造方法において、
中心軸に沿って、水素吸蔵部と、水素吸蔵した合金粉末を加熱し脱水素する熱処理部と、冷却部とが順次配置されるとともに、これら各部が回転運動する構造の一体容器を用い、
前記一体容器の入口側に、内部に不活性ガスを導入するための不活性ガス導入管及び水素ガスを導入するための水素ガス導入管を設けるとともに、出口側に、内部のガスを排気する排気管を設け、
前記水素ガス導入管より水素ガスを導入しながら水素吸蔵部において原料合金塊に水素を吸蔵させた後、水素吸蔵部から熱処理部へと合金粉末を移動させ、
前記不活性ガス導入管から不活性ガスを大気圧以上の圧力で導入するとともに熱処理部内において水素吸蔵した合金粉末を加熱して脱水素を行い、導入される不活性ガスを合金粉末から放出された水素ガスとともに前記排気管より排気し、
前記熱処理部で脱水素を行った合金粉末を冷却部で冷却することを特徴とする永久磁石用合金粉末の製造方法。 - 前記熱処理部において、合金粉末の温度を200℃〜800℃に保持することを特徴とする請求項1記載の永久磁石用合金粉末の製造方法。
- 前記熱処理部に揺動、振動から選択される少なくとも1種を与えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の永久磁石用合金粉末の製造方法。
