Abstract
【解決手段】振動溶着成形品(10)は、略V字状に形成された部位を含む外側部材(20)と、外側部材(20)に振動溶着されている内側部材(30)と、を有する。外側部材(20)は、略板状のベース面部(21)と、ベース面部(21)に対して斜めに形成されている斜面部(22)と、を含む。斜面部(22)は、他の部品(Sl)を取り付け可能に開けられた外側部材開口部(22a)を有している。内側部材(30)は、ベース面部(21)に振動溶着されている第1接合面部(31)、及び、斜面部(22)に振動溶着されている第2接合面部(33)と、第2接合面部(33)からベース面部(21)に向かって突出する突起部(36)と、を含む。

前記外側部材は、略板状のベース面部と、このベース面部に対して斜めに形成され前記ベース面部に対向している斜面部と、を含み、
前記斜面部は、他の部品を取り付け可能に開けられた外側部材開口部を有し、
前記内側部材は、前記ベース面部に振動溶着されている第1接合面部、及び、前記斜面部に振動溶着されている第2接合面部と、この第2接合面部から前記ベース面部に向かって突出する突起部と、を含む、振動溶着成形品が提供される。
図1及び図2を参照する。振動溶着成形品10としてのテールゲートスポイラー10(以下、スポイラー10と略記する。)は、車両Veの後端上部に設けられる。スポイラー10は、車両Veの空力特性を向上させると共に、意匠性を高める目的で車体Boに取り付けられる。
次に、実施例2によるスポイラー10Aを図面に基づいて説明する。

- 略V字状に形成された部位を含む外側部材と、この外側部材の略V字状に形成された部位の内側に配置されていると共に前記外側部材に振動溶着されている内側部材と、を有する振動溶着成形品であって、
前記外側部材は、略板状のベース面部と、このベース面部に対して斜めに形成され前記ベース面部に対向している斜面部と、を含み、
前記斜面部は、他の部品を取り付け可能に開けられた外側部材開口部を有し、
前記内側部材は、前記ベース面部に振動溶着されている第1接合面部、及び、前記斜面部に振動溶着されている第2接合面部と、この第2接合面部から前記ベース面部に向かって突出する突起部と、を含む、振動溶着成形品。 - 請求項1に記載の振動溶着成形品であって、
前記内側部材は、前記第1接合面部から前記第2接合面部まで立ち上げられた立壁部をさらに有し、
前記立壁部は、前記外側部材開口部に対向する位置に開けられた内側部材開口部を有する。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の振動溶着成形品であって、
前記外側部材開口部の縁のうち、前記第2接合面部に最も近い縁から前記ベース面部に平行な仮想面を基準面とした場合に、
前記突起部は、前記基準面よりも前記ベース面部に近い位置まで突出している。 - 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の振動溶着成形品であって、
前記突起部の先端面は、前記第2接合面部と交差する面上に形成されている。 - 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の振動溶着成形品であって、
前記突起部は、互いに平行に複数個所に形成されている。 - 請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の振動溶着成形品を製造するための振動溶着装置であって、
前記外側部材が載置される受け型と、
前記第1接合面部を前記ベース面部に向かって押圧すると共に、振動を発生させることにより前記第1接合面部を前記ベース面部に振動溶着させる加振型と、
前記斜面部を前記第2接合面部に向かって押圧する押圧型と、
前記外側部材開口部から前記突起部に向かって移動可能に設けられ、前記突起部に当接可能な移動型と、を有する、振動溶着装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の振動溶着成形品を製造する振動溶着成形品の製造方法であって、
前記内側部材を前記外側部材に溶着する際に、前記斜面部と前記突起部とを挟んだ状態に保っている、振動溶着成形品の製造方法。 - 請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の振動溶着成形品を製造する振動溶着成形品の製造方法であって、
前記外側部材及び前記内側部材を受け型の上面にセットする工程と、
前記第1接合面部が加振型に当接する位置まで前記受け型を上昇させる工程と、
前記外側部材開口部から移動型を進入させ、前記移動型の上面を突起部に当接可能に配置する工程と、
押圧型を前記斜面部に当接するまでスイングさせる工程と、
前記加振型を作動させ、前記内側部材を前記外側部材に振動溶着する工程と、を有する振動溶着成形品の製造方法。
