Description
このように、特許文献1に記載の製造方法によれば、U字状或いはV字状に折り返した部分を有する比較的複雑な断面形状のものでも振動溶着によって一体化したスポイラ101を提供することができる。
(1) 意匠面を構成する意匠面部と、前記意匠面部と対向するように延びる傾斜面部と、前記意匠面部と前記傾斜面部とを接続する屈曲部とを備えるアウター部材と、
前記意匠面部に対向する背面部と、前記背面部から傾斜面部側へ立設された立壁部とを備え、前記アウター部材の内側に配置されるインナー部材とを有し、
前記意匠面部と前記背面部とが第1溶着リブで振動溶着され、前記傾斜面部と前記立壁部とが第2溶着リブで振動溶着されているスポイラであって、
前記立壁部は、前記屈曲部側に凹んだ複数の凹部が車幅方向に並んだ波打ち形状であることを特徴とするスポイラ。
(2) 前記第1溶着リブは前記インナー部材の前記背面部に設けられ、
前記第2溶着リブは前記インナー部材の前記立壁部に設けられていることを特徴とする(1)のスポイラ。
(3) 前記立壁部の幅は、前記アウター部材の意匠面部側から前記傾斜面部側に向かって幅広とされていることを特徴とする(1)または(2)のスポイラ。
(4) 前記立壁部には前記屈曲部と反対側に延びる補強リブが設けられていることを特徴とする(1)から(3)のいずれかに記載のスポイラ。
Claims (4)
- 意匠面を構成する意匠面部と、前記意匠面部と対向するように延びる傾斜面部と、前記意匠面部と前記傾斜面部とを接続する屈曲部とを備えるアウター部材と、
前記意匠面部に対向する背面部と、前記背面部から傾斜面部側へ立設された立壁部とを備え、前記アウター部材の内側に配置されるインナー部材とを有し、
前記背面部に第一押圧力(F1)を加えるとともに、前記傾斜部に前記第一押圧力(F1)と交差する方向の第二押圧力(F2)を加えて、前記インナー部材を前記第一押圧力(F1)および前記第二押圧力(F2)と交差する方向に振動させることにより、前記意匠面部と前記背面部とが第1溶着リブで振動溶着され、前記傾斜面部と前記立壁部とが第2溶着リブで振動溶着されているスポイラであって、
前記立壁部は、振動溶着時に前記第二押圧力(F2)を支承するとともに、前記屈曲部側に凹んだ複数の凹部が車幅方向に並んだ波打ち形状であることを特徴とするスポイラ。 - 前記第1溶着リブは前記インナー部材の前記背面部に設けられ、
前記第2溶着リブは前記インナー部材の前記立壁部に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスポイラ。 - 前記立壁部の前記凹部の幅は、前記アウター部材の意匠面部側から前記傾斜面部側に向かって幅広とされていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のスポイラ。
- 前記立壁部には前記屈曲部と反対側に延び、前記背面部に繋がる補強リブが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のスポイラ。
