背景技术
扰流器被附接至车辆,以便在车辆行进的同时通过产生下压力来改善车辆的行驶稳定性。图5示出现有技术的扰流器101。扰流器101为车尾扰流器,并被附接至尾板102的上端。扰流器101的前部101f具有从车辆的顶部103的顶表面延续的表面。扰流器101的后部101r象雨篷一样从车辆的后窗104突出,并具有如图6所示的底切横截面形状。图6以倒置方式示出扰流器101。扰流器101包括内部构件106和外部构件108。内部构件106包括具有相对的内表面的U形截面部105。外部构件108包括具有相对的内表面的V形截面部107,内部构件106的U形截面部105被装配在该V形截面部107之间。内部构件106与外部构件108通过振动焊接彼此结合,使得在扰流器101的后部101r中形成中空闭合截面(例如见JP2001-260230A)。

图1所示的扰流器1是被构造成附接至车辆的后部的翼型后扰流器1,使得扰流器1在车辆的宽度方向上延伸。如图1和2所示,后扰流器1包括外部构件2和内部构件3。外部构件2弯曲,使得外部构件2具有V形横截面。内部构件3具有L形横截面,并被装配到弯曲的外部构件2中。外部构件2与内部构件3经由第一焊接突起4和第二焊接突起5彼此振动焊接。

壁部3b的凹槽3c中的每个凹槽3c形成为使得凹槽3c在壁部3b的远端处、即倾斜板部2b上的端部处的宽度L1大于凹槽3c在壁部3b的基端处、即靠近设计板部2a的端部处的宽度L2。更具体地,凹槽3c中的每个凹槽3c形成为使得凹槽3c中的每个凹槽3c的宽度朝远端、即朝倾斜板部2b变宽。这样的优点是,在内部构件3的注射成型之后变得较容易从内部构件3去除模具。
在示例性实施例中,为了进一步改善在焊接方向上的刚性,多个增强肋6设置在壁部3b的与弯曲部2c相反的侧表面上。增强肋6形成在壁部3b的侧表面上,从而从壁部3b在离开弯曲部2c的方向上且以与倾斜板部2b垂直的方式延伸。
为了制造后扰流器1,外部构件2和内部构件3通过包括如图4所示的下夹具10、第一上夹具20和第二上夹具30的振动焊接设备焊接。振动焊接是这样一种结合方法,其中通过使待焊接的构件中的一个构件在与挤压构件的方向相交的方向上振动来通过使所述构件的接触表面磨擦而产生摩擦热,使得接触表面熔化,并且构件熔合。
振动焊接设备包括构造成支撑外部构件2的设计板部2a的下夹具10、构造成挤压内部构件3的背板部3a并向内部构件3施加振动的第一上夹具20、和构造成挤压外部构件2的倾斜板部2b的第二上夹具30。第二上夹具30被可滑动地附接至下夹具10。利用振动焊接设备,以以下描述的方式组装后扰流器1。
首先,将每一个通过注射成型形成的外部构件2与内部构件3彼此临时联接。然后,将后扰流器1放置在下夹具10上,使得外部构件2的设计板部2a的设计表面接触下夹具10。使第一上夹具20向下移动,以面对内部构件3的背板部3a,使得第一上夹具20能向第一焊接突起4施加挤压力F1。使第二上夹具30移动,以面对外部构件2的倾斜板部2b,使得第二上夹具30能向第二焊接突起5施加挤压力F2。将第二上夹具30连接至驱动机构31。驱动机构31可沿倾斜板部2b移动,以使第二上夹具30在倾斜板部2b上滑动。在另一示例中,驱动机构31可构造成在挤压力F2的方向上朝下夹具10移动第二上夹具30。
当将外部构件2与内部构件3设定在振动焊接设备中、并且将第一上夹具20与第二上夹具30移动就位时,通过第一上夹具20在图4中的竖直向下的方向上向背板部3a施加挤压力F1,以焊接设计板部2a和背板部3a。此外,通过第二上夹具30在图4中倾斜向下的方向上向倾斜板部2b施加挤压力F2,以焊接倾斜板部2b与壁部3b。在与图4中的图纸垂直的方向上施加振动力f1。通过第一上夹具20的振动力f1使内部构件3相对于通过下夹具10和连接至下夹具10的第二上夹具30设定就位的外部构件2在水平方向上振动。当第一焊接突起4与第二焊接突起5熔化一定量时,则停止振动力f1,随后,第一焊接突起4与第二焊接突起5冷却并凝固,由此结合外部构件2与内部构件3。
在振动焊接期间,来自第一上夹具20的挤压力F 1作用在背板部3a、第一焊接突起4和设计板部2a上,并且由下夹具10支撑。来自第二上夹具30的挤压力F2作用在倾斜板部2b、第二焊接突起5和壁部3b。在此,壁部3b的沿与壁部3b直立延伸的方向垂直的平面截取的横截面具有波纹状结构,使得壁部3b相对于挤压力F2的方向的刚度高。因此,壁部3b能在无挠曲的情况下可靠地支撑挤压力F2。
即,后扰流器1的壁部3b自身支撑挤压力F2。因此,不需要象在现有技术中一样通过将夹具放置在倾斜板部2b的下方来支撑挤压力F2。因此,能简单地将临时组装的后扰流器1、即外部构件2与内部构件3a在振动焊接设备内部设定在下夹具上。在不需要将夹具的一部分装配到内部构件的弯曲部中的情况下,第一上夹具20仅线性地移动。因此,工件相对于夹具的附接和拆卸运动是线性的,并且得到简化。
此外,不需要举起外部构件2与内部构件3以设定在上夹具上,并且临时联接的外部构件2与内部构件3被简单地放置在下夹具10上。因此,改善了操作安全性和工作效率。结果,改善了制造效率,并且能以较低的成本提供后扰流器1。
尽管后扰流器1在上述示例性实施例中被附接至尾板,但后扰流器1可被附接至车辆的后背箱盖或顶部的后部。此外,本发明可被应用于诸如例如翼型扰流器的其它类型的扰流器。此外,尽管第一焊接突起4与第二焊接突起5的焊接方向在上述示例性实施例中彼此相交,但本发明可被应用于具有如下结构的扰流器,在该结构中,设计板部2a与盖板部2b平行,而第一焊接突起4与第二焊接突起5的焊接方向平行。

Claims (4)

1.一种扰流器,包括:
外部构件,所述外部构件包括基板部、盖板部和弯曲部,所述盖板部面对所述基板部,所述弯曲部连接所述基板部与所述盖板部;以及
内部构件,所述内部构件布置在所述基板部与所述盖板部之间,所述内部构件包括与所述基板部面对的背板部和从所述背板部朝所述盖板部延伸的壁部,
其中向所述背板部施加与所述背板部垂直的第一挤压力,向所述盖板部施加在与所述盖板部垂直且与所述第一挤压力相交的方向上的第二挤压力,并使所述内部构件相对于所述外部构件在与所述第一挤压力及所述第二挤压力相交的方向上振动,从而将所述基板部与所述背板部振动焊接,并且将所述盖板部与所述壁部振动焊接,并且在振动焊接期间,所述壁部自身支撑所述第二挤压力,
其中所述壁部包括多个凹槽,所述多个凹槽在沿与所述壁部从所述背板部朝所述盖板部延伸的方向垂直的平面截取的横截面中形成波纹状结构,并且
其中所述凹槽中的每个凹槽朝所述弯曲部凹入。
2.根据权利要求1所述的扰流器,其中所述基板部包括设计表面,当所述扰流器被安装在车辆上时,所述设计表面形成所述扰流器的顶表面,
其中所述背板部包括第一焊接突起,所述基板部与所述背板部经由所述第一焊接突起被振动焊接,并且
其中所述壁部包括第二焊接突起,所述盖板部与所述壁部经由所述第二焊接突起被振动焊接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的扰流器,其中所述凹槽中的每个凹槽的宽度朝所述盖板部变宽。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的扰流器,其中所述内部构件还包括从所述壁部在与所述弯曲部相反的方向上延伸的增强肋。
