前記外側部材は、略板状のベース面部と、このベース面部に対して斜めに形成され前記ベース面部に対向している斜面部と、を含み、
前記斜面部は、他の部品を取り付け可能に開けられた外側部材開口部を有し、
前記内側部材は、前記ベース面部に振動溶着されている第1接合面部、及び、前記斜面部に振動溶着されている第2接合面部と、この第2接合面部から前記ベース面部に向かって突出する突起部と、前記第1接合面部から前記斜面部に向かって立ち上げられている立壁部と、前記第2接合面部から前記ベース面部に向かって延びている補助壁部と、を含み、
前記突起部は、前記立壁部と前記補助壁部との中央位置を含むように形成されていることを特徴とする振動溶着成形品が提供される。
図1及び図2を参照する。振動溶着成形品10としてのテールゲートスポイラー10(以下、スポイラー10と略記する。)は、車両Veの後端上部に設けられる。スポイラー10は、車両Veの空力特性を向上させると共に、意匠性を高める目的で車体Boに取り付けられる。
次に、実施例2によるスポイラー10Aを図面に基づいて説明する。

Claims (2)
- 略V字状に形成された部位を含む外側部材と、この外側部材の略V字状に形成された部位の内側に配置されていると共に前記外側部材に振動溶着されている内側部材と、を有する振動溶着成形品であって、
前記外側部材は、略板状のベース面部と、このベース面部に対して斜めに形成され前記ベース面部に対向している斜面部と、を含み、
前記斜面部は、他の部品を取り付け可能に開けられた外側部材開口部を有し、
前記内側部材は、前記ベース面部に振動溶着されている第1接合面部、及び、前記斜面部に振動溶着されている第2接合面部と、この第2接合面部から前記ベース面部に向かって突出する突起部と、前記第1接合面部から前記斜面部に向かって立ち上げられている立壁部と、前記第2接合面部から前記ベース面部に向かって延びている補助壁部と、を含み、
前記突起部は、前記立壁部と前記補助壁部との中央位置を含むように形成されていることを特徴とする振動溶着成形品。 - 前記突起部は、先端面の前記外側部材開口部側の縁に向かって、前記第2接合面部から斜めに延び、振動溶着の際に前記外側部材開口部から進入した移動型が当接可能であり、当接した際には前記移動型を前記先端面に向かってガイドするガイド面部を有する、請求項1に記載の振動溶着成形品。
