Claims (6)
- リチウム電池構造であって、
アルミニウム箔またはステンレス箔を含む第1の金属層と、
前記第1の金属層と対向して配置された、銅箔、ニッケル箔またはステンレス箔を含む第2の金属層と、
前記第1の金属層と前記第2の金属層との間に配置されたセパレータと、
前記第1の金属層と前記セパレータとの間に配置された第1の電極層と、
前記第2の金属層と前記セパレータとの間に配置された第2の電極層と、
第1の組成物を含み、前記第1の金属層と前記第1の電極層との間に配置された第1の機能層と、
を含み、前記第1の組成物が、
20〜80重量部の片状導電材料と、
1〜30重量部の球形導電材料と、
10〜50重量部の熱可塑性エラストマーと、
1〜25重量部の窒素含有高分岐ポリマーと、
を含んで、前記第1の組成物が100重量部となる、
リチウム電池構造。 - 第2の組成物を含み、前記第2の金属層と前記第2の電極層との間に配置された第2の機能層をさらに含み、
前記第2の組成物が、
20〜80重量部の片状導電材料と、
1〜30重量部の球形導電材料と、
10〜50重量部の熱可塑性エラストマーと、
1〜25重量部の窒素含有高分岐ポリマーと、
を含んで、前記第2の組成物が100重量部となる、請求項1に記載のリチウム電池構造。 - 前記片状導電材料にはグラファイトまたはグラフェンが含まれ、前記片状導電材料の寸法は0.5〜20ミクロンの間であり、前記球形導電材料には導電炭素材または導電高分子が含まれ、前記球形導電材料の寸法は10〜1000ナノメートルの間である、請求項1または2に記載のリチウム電池構造。
- 前記熱可塑性エラストマーにはフッ素含有高分子エラストマー、ポリオレフィンエラストマー、ポリアミドエラストマー、ポリイミドエラストマー、ポリエステルエラストマー、ポリウレタンエラストマー、またはポリカーボネートエラストマーが含まれ、前記窒素含有高分岐ポリマーはビスマレイミドモノマーが重合してなり、前記熱可塑性エラストマーと前記窒素含有高分岐ポリマーとが相互侵入高分子網目(interpenetrating polymer network,IPN)を構成している、請求項1または2に記載のリチウム電池構造。
- 前記第1の機能層または前記第2の機能層が0.1〜5重量部の臭素含有化合物をさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載のリチウム電池構造。
- リチウム電池構造であって、
アルミニウム箔またはステンレス箔を含む第1の金属層と、
前記第1の金属層と対向して配置された、銅箔、ニッケル箔またはステンレス箔を含む第2の金属層と、
前記第1の金属層と前記第2の金属層との間に配置されたセパレータと、
前記第1の金属層と前記セパレータとの間に配置された第1の電極層と、
前記第2の金属層と前記セパレータとの間に配置された第2の電極層と、
第1の組成物を含み、前記第2の金属層と前記第2の電極層との間に配置された第1の機能層と、
を含み、前記第1の組成物が、
20〜80重量部の片状導電材料と、
1〜30重量部の球形導電材料と、
10〜50重量部の熱可塑性エラストマーと、
1〜25重量部の窒素含有高分岐ポリマーと、
を含んで、前記第1の組成物が100重量部となる、
リチウム電池構造。
