Abstract
【解決手段】電気的接続装置1は、ランド21が主面に配置された配線基板20とプローブ10とを備える。プローブ10は、測定対象物2と接触する先端部12およびランド21と接触する基端部11を有する。基端部11のランド21と接触する表面膜の材料は、表面膜と接触するランド21の材料と組成が異なる金属材料である。

Claims (8)
- 測定対象物の電気的特性の測定に使用される電気的接続装置であって、
導電性材料のランドが主面に配置された配線基板と、
測定時に前記測定対象物と接触する先端部および前記ランドと接触する基端部を有し、前記基端部の前記ランドと接触する表面膜の材料が、前記表面膜と接触する前記ランドの材料と組成が異なる金属材料であるプローブと
を備えることを特徴とする電気的接続装置。 - 前記表面膜と前記ランドの少なくともいずれかの材料が導電性を有する貴金属であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気的接続装置。
- 前記貴金属が、パラジウム、イリジウム、白金、ルテニウム、ロジウムからなる金属群から選択される一種の金属若しく前記一種の金属を含む合金であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電気的接続装置。
- 前記表面膜の材料が前記貴金属であり、前記ランドの材料が金であることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の電気的接続装置。
- 前記表面膜の材料が金であり、前記ランドの材料が前記貴金属であることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の電気的接続装置。
- 前記表面膜と前記ランドの材料のそれぞれが、相互に組成が異なる前記貴金属であることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の電気的接続装置。
- 前記プローブの前記基端部が、芯材を覆う下地膜および前記下地膜を覆う前記表面膜を備える構造であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の電気的接続装置。
- 前記下地膜と前記表面膜との間にストライクめっき膜が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電気的接続装置。
