Abstract
Description
本発明の絹様織布のサンプルを、以下のテストを使用して絹で作られた比較例と比較する。
・DIN EN ISO 12947−2に基づくマーティンデール摩耗テスト。
・DIN EN ISO 12945−2に準拠したマーティンデールピリングテスト。
・DIN EN ISO 5077に準拠した洗浄収縮、両方のサンプル方向の収縮の絶対値から、合計を総収縮として得た。
・ISO 105 X12に準拠した摩擦に対する堅牢度。
・DIN EN ISO 15487に準拠したAATCC耐久プレス評価。
・DIN EN ISO 9237に準拠した通気性。
・DIN EN 20105−A02に準拠した堅牢度。
−DIN EN ISO 2062に準拠した経糸と緯糸の糸強度。
約30gm−2の軽い絹様織布を得るためにサンプル1及び2を製造した。
70〜100gm−2の範囲内の中重量の絹様織布を得るためにサンプル3及び4を製造した。サンプル3及び4の構成、材料、及び特性を表2にまとめる。
100〜200gm−2の平織り/パナマ織りを有し、アパレルエンドユーズ用の大重量布として使用するのに適した重い絹様リヨセル織布の2つのサンプルを、絹デュピオーニDouppion)タフタ布及びパナマ布と比較した。
本発明の絹様リヨセル織布の触覚的質が絹の触覚的質に相当し、サンプル1〜4が実際に絹様であることを検証するためにTSAテストを行った。
120gm−2重量の2x1綾織構造のフィラメントリヨセル織布を製造した。
120gm−2重量で2x1綾織構造のフィラメントリヨセル織布を製造した。
織布は、フィラメントリヨセル経糸(120dtex)及びステープルリヨセル1/50 Ne緯糸を使用して構成された。布は、2x1ツイル構造に50の縦糸と40の横糸で織られた。
侵襲性仕上げに対する、リヨセルフィラメントを使用した織布の耐性と、絹の耐性を比較するために、サンプル及び比較例を洗浄及び漂白するテストを行った。これらのテストはデニムリヨセル構成を用いて行ったが、繊維の耐性は使用される織りとは無関係であるため、その結果は絹様リヨセル材料にも同じように当てはまる。
サンプル10及び比較例10は以下のように漂白した。
