Description
Claims (9)
- 自動車(1)の座席(2)用の座席調節装置(3)であって、調節のための駆動源である少なくとも1つのモータ(9、10)と、少なくとも1つの調節機能のためにオペレータが作動できる少なくとも1つの操作要素(11)とを含み、操作要素(11)の作動時に、調節機能のための駆動源としてのモータ(9、10)からのラインに設けられたスイッチ(15)が閉じられるようにしたものにおいて、スイッチ(15)からモータ(9、10)へのラインに、電源を切ったときに開くリレー(16)が設けられ、座席調節装置(3)は制御ユニット(17)を有し、この制御ユニット(17)は、操作要素が作動されている場合において自動車(1)の衝突を示す衝突信号が存在しないときにリレー(16)を閉じるようにされているとともに、操作要素が作動されている場合において衝突信号が存在するときに、少なくとも一時的にリレー(16)を開状態のままとするものであることを特徴とする座席調節装置。
- 操作要素(11)は、負荷切り替え用のスイッチ(15)に機械的に接続されるとともに、閉じるための回路が制御ユニット(17)への閉信号を生じさせるか、または閉じるための回路が制御ユニット(17)によって検出されることで、スイッチ(15)を閉じるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の座席調節装置。
- 制御ユニット(17)がマイクロチップ(18)であり、および/または衝突信号がPWM信号として得られるものであることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の座席調節装置。
- 制御ユニット(17)は、衝突信号が存在した後にスイッチが第2のスイッチング動作に供されたときにリレー(16)を閉じるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の座席調節装置。
- 制御ユニット(17)は、操作要素(11)および/またはスイッチ(15)が所定の時間よりも長く作動されたときにリレー(16)を開くように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の座席調節装置。
- 所定の時間は、それぞれの調節機能の最大調節工程についての最大期間よりも長くなるように選択されるものであることを特徴とする請求項5記載の座席調節装置。
- 制御ユニット(17)は、所定の時間を超えてリレー(16)が開いた場合に、スイッチ(15)が開いているか、および/または操作要素の作動が終了したかを周期的にチェックし、その後、衝突信号が存在しない状態で操作要素(11)が再び作動したときにリレー(16)を再び閉じるものであることを特徴とする請求項5または6記載の座席調節装置。
- 調節機能は背もたれ傾斜機能と長手方向の位置調節機能とを含み、リレー(16)は、これらの調節機能に割り当てられたモータ(9、10)のみに割り当てられていることを特徴とする請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の座席調節装置。
- 自動車(1)であって、座席(2)と、この座席に関連した請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の座席調節装置(3)とを備えたものであることを特徴とする自動車。
