Claims (12)
- 自動車両用、特にオートバイ用のシート占有状態識別装置(10)であって、
コンデンサ(26)の少なくとも一つの、座面(23)内に配置されてワイヤ(20)として実現されている電極と、
前記ワイヤ(23)に接続されていて、電気信号を発生するための波形発生器(14)と評価ユニット(16)とを有する電子モジュール(12)と
を具備しており、
前記波形発生器(14)により発生される前記電気信号が、前記座面(23)の占有状態により可変である、シート占有状態識別装置(10)。 - 前記ワイヤ(20)がシートヒータ(22)の一部であり、かつ前記ワイヤ(20)が熱線であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシート占有状態識別装置(10)。
- 前記電子モジュール(12)が前記シートヒータ(22)の一部であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のシート占有状態識別装置(10)。
- 前記ワイヤ(20)に交互に、好適には周期的に交互に加熱電流が印加されて、前記ワイヤ(20)が前記コンデンサ(26)の電極として機能することを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載のシート占有状態識別装置(10)。
- 前記ワイヤ(20)に対して、スイッチ、特にMOSFETスイッチが配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のシート占有状態識別装置(10)。
- 電子コントローラ(4)が備えられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のシート占有状態識別装置(10)。
- 前記電子モジュール(12)が、不変抵抗(18)、特に薄膜抵抗を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のシート占有状態識別装置(10)。
- 少なくとも二つのワイヤ(20,120)、二つの電子モジュール(12,112)、および二つの座面(23,123)が備えられていること、その際に各座面のシート占有状態を独立して算定するために、夫々の座面(12,123)に対して、ワイヤ(20,120)および電子モジュール(12,112)が夫々配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のシート占有状態識別装置(10)。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のシート占有状態識別装置(10)を具備した自動車両用アシストシステム(2)において、前記シート占有状態識別装置(10)の電気信号から、座面(23)が占有されているかどうかを算定する電子コントローラ(4)が備えられていること、その際に前記電子コントローラ(4)が、前記座面(23)の占有状態に依存して、アシストユニット(8)を作動させるか停止させることを特徴とする、アシストシステム(2)。
- 前記アシストユニット(8)がサスペンションアシストユニットであることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のアシストシステム(2)。
- 前記アシストユニット(8)が、緊急通報ユニット、特にeCallシステムであることを特徴とする、請求項9または10に記載のアシストシステム(2)。
- 前記電子コントローラ(4)に計時装置(6)が含まれ、それにより前記アシストユニット(8)が、前記シート占有状態識別装置(10)から受け取った信号に依存して、遅延して作動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項9〜11のいずれか一項に記載のアシストシステム(2)。
