Claims (15)
- ハウジング(203)であって、前記ハウジングを第2のモジュール(201)の第2のハウジング(203)に機械的に結合するように構成された結合構造(209)と、前記ハウジングを第2のハウジングに電気的に結合するように構成された電気要素(204)とを有するハウジング(203)と、
前記ハウジングに回転可能に取り付けられ、軸(235)および磁石(237)を含む回転子(241)と、
前記回転子と同軸に前記ハウジングに取り付けられた固定子(241)であって、コイル(149)を含むPCB層(147)を有するプリント回路基板(PCB)(245)を含む固定子(241)と
を含む、軸方向磁界回転エネルギ装置(31)用のモジュール(201)。 - 前記回転子および前記固定子が前記ハウジングの内側に配置され、前記ハウジングによって囲まれている、請求項1に記載のモジュール。
- 前記回転子が複数の回転子を含み、前記磁石が複数の磁石を含み、前記固定子が複数の固定子を含み、前記固定子のそれぞれが複数のPCB層を含み、それぞれのPCB層が複数のコイルを含む、請求項1または2に記載のモジュール。
- 前記モジュールがフレームに直接結合されるように構成され、前記モジュールが前記第2のモジュールに間接的に結合されるように構成される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール。
- 前記ハウジングが、前記軸に対して所望の角度配向で前記固定子を配向させる側壁を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール。
- 前記固定子が複数の固定子を含み、前記側壁が、前記軸に対して所望の角度配向で前記複数の固定子を角度的にオフセットする複数の側壁セグメントを含む、請求項5に記載のモジュール。
- 各側壁セグメントが、スロットが形成された半径方向内面を含み、前記スロットが、前記軸に対する前記固定子の所望の角度配向を受けて維持し、前記スロットは、前記固定子と前記回転子との間のある空隙間隔で前記固定子の外縁部を集合的に保持する、請求項6に記載のモジュール。
- 前記固定子が空冷式であり、液体冷却式ではない、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール。
- 前記PCB層が、それぞれが複数のコイルを有する複数のPCB層を含み、各コイルが2つのみの端子を有し、各コイルがその2つのみの端子間で連続していて途切れることがなく、各コイルはビアによって別のコイルに電気的に結合される、請求項1、2または4〜8のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール。
- 2つのコイルが互いに結合されてコイル対を画定し、各コイル対が別のビアを介して別のコイル対に電気的に結合される、請求項3または9に記載のモジュール。
- 各コイル対の前記コイルが異なるPCB層に配置されている、請求項10に記載のモジュール。
- 各コイルは1つのみのビアで別のコイルに結合され、各コイル対は1つのみの別のビアで別のコイル対に結合される、請求項10または11に記載のモジュール。
- 前記固定子が複数の固定子セグメントを含み、そのそれぞれがPCBを含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール。
- 前記固定子が1つのみの電気的位相からなる、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール。
- 前記固定子が複数の電気的位相を含む、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール。
