Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种轴向磁通的多定子/转子结构新型风力发电机,由四个定子和三个转子轴向交错配置而成,定子采用PCB板材,每块定子上均布12个集中绕组的线圈,根据要求的电压、电流大小,可采用串联或并联的接线方式;转子主要由铁芯和磁钢组成,八块磁钢嵌装在圆环形铁芯的扇形孔中,定子和转子之间的磁回路轴向叠加,致使输出功率增大;整体结构紧凑,启动容易,是立轴风力发电机的最佳选择。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种永磁发电机。特别涉及一种轴向磁通的多定子/转子结构新型风力发电机。 
背景技术
风力发电机,按轴的布置方向主要有水平轴的和垂直轴的两种。常见的水平轴风力发电机,一般要求具有尾翼的导向装置,避免电线缠绕绞合的电刷、滑环装置等。而立轴风力发电机,相应的结构可简化,发电机输出的三相交流电能直接接到控制器上。因此,在很多应用场合逐步取代水平轴风力发电机。 
垂直轴风力发电机通常采用轴向磁通的盘式电机结构。但盘式电机目前生产的型式很多,普遍存在的问题是:体积笨重,输出功率偏小,要求加工工艺的精度高,成本也提高等。因此迫切需要研制一种启动容易、微风发电、结构紧凑、比功率大的立轴风力发电机,这是市场最大的期待。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述中存在的问题而提供一种轴向磁通的多定子/转子结构新型风力发电机,其结构紧凑、转动惯量小、易实现微风启动并采用多个定子/转子轴向组合的新型结构,能够实现高比功率、高输出功率。 
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的: 
轴向磁通的多定子/转子结构新型风力发电机,包括定子、转子、磁钢、后端盖、前端盖、转轴,所述的定子具有四个,转子具有三个,所述的四个定子和三个转子在轴向组合,交叉配置,磁钢嵌在圆环形转子铁芯的扇形孔中,转 子装配好后通过键槽与转轴配合安装。 
所述的定子采用PCB板材,每块定子上均布十二个集中绕组的线圈,定子外周设有四个定位块,该定位块与前端盖及后端盖上相应的定位槽对应配合。 
定子和转子之间设有挡块。 
本实用新型的结构特点是采用了四个定子和三个转子在轴向组合、交叉配置,极大发挥磁钢的双向励磁效果,提高有效材料的利用率,增大输出功率。定子采用PCB(印刷电路板)板材,每块定子上均布12个集中绕组的线圈。根据电压、电流的要求可采用串联或并联的连接方式。定子外周设有四个定位块,与前端盖及后端盖上相应的定位槽紧密配合,防止了定子的轴向移动;定子和转子之间还设有防轴向窜动的挡块,保证了定子、转子之间的气隙符合设计值。形成磁回路的铁轭采用卷制的硅钢片、氩弧焊接齐平,确保磁回路的导磁性优、磁阻小、涡流小、损耗最小。 
转子上的磁钢采用磁能积、剩磁感应及矫顽力三大磁性能指标均佳的38SH NdFeB。磁钢嵌装在圆环形转子铁芯的八个扇形孔中,转子装配好后通过键槽紧密与转轴配合;为了减轻重量和结构紧凑,该实用新型不另设机壳,直接由后端盖和前端盖、定子、转子、转轴和前轴承、后轴承装配成一体。后端盖和前端盖均采用铝合金材料压铸而成,重量轻又利于散热。整个装配的材料利用率发挥到极致。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明: 
该轴向磁通的多定子/转子结构新型风力发电机包括定子1、转子2、磁钢5、后端盖3、前端盖4、转轴6,还具有前轴承7和后轴承8、线圈9、定位块10、轮毂11、转子铁芯12、定位槽13、轴承挡14,所述的定子1具有四个,转子2具有三个,采用该四个定子和三个转子在轴向组合,交叉配置,磁钢5嵌在圆环形转子铁芯的扇形孔中,转子2装配好后通过键槽与转轴6配合安装。 
所述的定子1采用PCB板材,每块定子1上均布十二个集中绕组的线圈,定子1外周设有四个定位块,该定位块与前端盖及后端盖上相应的定位槽对应配合。 
定子1和转子2之间设有挡块。 
本实用新型四个定子/三个转子轴向组合结构风力发电机为复合式轴向励磁的新型永磁发电机。定子1采用轻薄型PCB板材,在整个圆环形面积上均布12个集中绕组的线圈,每个线圈的两个引出头置于圆周外侧连接,线圈的排列力求切割磁力线的有效边长最大。并保证三相线圈的相位要求(互隔120°电角度)。定子与定子的线圈连接则按照需求的电压、电流大小,采用串联或并联方式解决。为防止定子在圆周方向的切向位移,利用外周设有的四个定位块嵌入对应的前端盖及后端盖的定位槽中。 
转子由铁芯和磁钢组成。磁钢采用稀土永磁钕铁硼,加工成八块扇面形状,嵌置在硅钢片叠成的相应磁钢槽中,每块转子的磁钢极性相互交错 配置,每块转子与转子之间的极性也要正确对应,以形成轴向叠加的磁回路,保证多定子/转子的切割磁力线最大,输出的功率最大。 
将组合好的定子、转子加上前轴承和后轴承并安装在两端盖内,调整好定位块及轴向挡块的位置,达到转动轻巧灵活,各部间隙正常,无任何扫膛现象为止。 

Claims (3)

1.轴向磁通的多定子/转子结构新型风力发电机,包括定子(1)、转子(2)、磁钢(5)、后端盖(3)、前端盖(4)、转轴(6),其特征在于:所述的定子(1)具有四个,转子(2)具有三个;所述的四个定子和三个转子在轴向组合,交叉配置;磁钢(5)嵌在圆环形转子铁芯的扇形孔中,转子(2)装配好后通过键槽与转轴(6)配合安装。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的轴向磁通的多定子/转子结构新型风力发电机,其特征在于:所述的定子(1)采用PCB板材,每块定子(1)上均布十二个集中绕组的线圈,定子(1)外周设有四个定位块,该定位块与前端盖及后端盖上相应的定位槽对应配合。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的轴向磁通的多定子/转子结构新型风力发电机,其特征在于:定子(1)和转子(2)之间设有挡块。
