Abstract
Description
本出願は、「ORGANIC ELECTROLYTE CAPACITORS」という名称を付けられ、米国特許出願第62/018,739号を譲渡され、2014年6月30日に出願され、すべての目的のために参照によって本明細書に組み込まれている、以前に出願された米国特許仮出願の利益を主張するものである。
・コンデンサは基本的に、セラミック、プラスチックフィルム、紙、酸化アルミニウムなどとすることが可能な誘電体材料の層によって分離された2つの伝導性プレート(電極)からなる。
・EDLCは、電極を分離する別個の誘電体中間相を使用しない。EDLCは、電極−電解質界面を横断して形成される電荷分離を利用する。
・EDLCは、2つのタイプの電荷キャリア:電解質側のイオン種、および電極側の電子種からなる。
・想定の総ΔV=1V
・ΔV(総計)=ΔVesr+ΔVcap
・ΔVesr=0.25*0.1=0.025V(小さい降下)
・ΔVcap約1Vを用い、4Vで動作
・I=C*dV/dtから推定されるC約1ファラド
・(ESRによる電圧低下は小さく、したがって、それが倍になっても影響は小さいことに留意されたい。)
Claims (1)
- 電解質を有するそれぞれの内部電極の対と、
前記それぞれの電極間のセパレータ層と、
それぞれの集電体の対であって、前記集電体の各1つがそれぞれ、前記電極のそれぞれの外側にある、集電体の対と、
前記集電体を囲み、前記集電体とそれぞれ接続された端子のそれぞれの対を有するケースと、を備え、前記ケースの内容物は、最小0.5ミリメートル未満の厚さを有する、
極薄の電気化学エネルギー貯蔵装置。
